      Good video! But the link to your SEO waiting list doesn’t work on iPhone XR safari or chrome. It doesn’t show the text box after clicking “enter your email”

    A booking app will solve more call to action on the website

    • @DetailGroove

      A booking app and website are two completely different things

    • @taylormobiledetail
      @taylormobiledetail 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not really because you put the link on your site and Integrate the book now feature and then it goes to your app. It’s a great call to Action because they’re looking to use your service so when they see the book now feature there’s nothing else to do but get on your schedule and pay the deposit.

    Ey Óscar what if I want to put more than 800 words on a single page? Would that have a negative effect on that page cuz my ceramic coatings page already has 800 words but I want to put more on it but Idk if that would be good for the page

    • @DetailGroove
      @DetailGroove  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It would not have a negative affect, but definitely be mindful of the page layout. You don't want to a wall of text that makes it daunting to read.

    I think the problem i see on websites is they don't immideatly show the prices and serves like as a client i would want to click on a website and look at that first then i'll scroll down and see the before and afters on cars because i want to see the before and after since that is the most ipactful image i want to see what i'm expecting to get then i scroll down i want to see how i contact them whats their number appointment box something

      Bro this website was not good at all, most of these are honest criticism from a synical perspective, if your a business owner this is far more useful than someone just giving you a pat on the back.

  • @DT12-00
    @DT12-00 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I think you get a little too nit picky with these critique videos and that's coming from a fellow business owner myself.
    Don't get me wrong some of it was definitely warranted but for example the whole "straining your eyes" from the black background and white text annoyed me for some reason...as if no successful business has ever utilized a black background with white text. It actually tends to give a nice modern feel.
    I actually thought the design of his website looked pretty decent, a lot of the faults were just in the actual wording, text and fine little details such as the IMG file number coming up over the photo. A lot of stuff just needed rearranging but he had a decent base going for him.
    I'm glad you have the confidence that your the best and you know it all but there's a fine line between confident and cocky!

    • @DetailGroove
      @DetailGroove  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ah man, haha, I hear this all the time. A website needs to rank on the first page of Google to generate qualified traffic, leads, and sales. The website design should not be a primary focus. And for local businesses, our bar is much lower for quality design versus and ecommerce or SaaS sites. You don't need to have heat maps, A/B test buttons, or look at analytics to have a well-performing website.
