It seems certain that the climax will be based on Denji and Asa’s dynamic in regards to the church, with the church planning some sort of mass slaughter with CSM and Yoru in the equation, which does make sense as to why Public Safety was trying so hard to keep Denji out of this affair. Still a lot of questions to answer moving forward though.

Definitely wouldn’t call this chapter disappointing, Nayuta and Denjis relationship everything!
This whole chapter remind of Spider-Man 2 "normal life" scenes. Back when Peter Parker retired himself because he can't use his power properly anymore. Add to the iconic song "Raindrops keep falling on my head," I am pretty sure it could match the manga scenes perfectly.
Denji realizing that, yes, he would be happy to spend the rest of his life with Nayuta only for the hybrids to plan some ole dastardly shit makes my heart sink. All I want is for Denji to be happy! Also Meowy appearance!!!

I love chapters where there isn't much dialogue and Denji talking to sleeping Nayuta about the possibilities man then looks at the poster like damn not to mention Lil' Denji is his official rapper name plus a mass killing about to go down with that bastard Barem at the helm but hope Sugo does something though
Chainsaw man is clearly Jesus and the weapons are his apostles. Also remember all the public safety Devils of part 1 are actually some of his followers. Some of them have name referring to angels.
Interesting you mentioned angels. I wouldn't discount the upcoming major plot twist (the *ten* part of the four part Ki-sho-*ten*-ketsu story structure) to be the introduction of Angels to the Chainsaw Man Universe. If you have an end-of-the-world prophecy that involves Devils and the King of Terror (Primal Entity like Lucifer or Satan), you need Angels too. Devil names of fallen angels were mentioned. The most obvious was from part 1 *Public Safety* , Angel Devil was a hybrid of Angel + Devil or essentially a fallen angel. He mentioned that he wanted to save humans, but his Devil side wanted them to suffer as much as possible.
Theres been a theory that pochita is the god devil. all the devils who follow him are named after angels and the horsemen are there as well. Pochita fussing with denji is also like the holy spirit being in man. Denji may end up being Adam as the guy over the church was talking about the return of Adam and Eve earlier.
also nothing better happen to Nayuta. This chapter had me going back to worrying about her with how much it shows that Denji depends on her for his sanity.
Can't believe we barely had any dialogue 😭 next chp will probably be wild with all the weapons. I'm scared for Nayuta

tbh, im like, half expecting denji to just not show up in the coming arc, and instead it will be fakesaw. like, we'll see chainsaws at one point and be like "oh shit its denji", and then next panel is the fakesaw reveal and we're like "OH SHIT THATS NOT DENJI".

The lack of dialogue just meant you had to feel the meaning of this chapter. Fujimoto made me feel depressed lmao
Fujimoto makes a statement in this chapter, if you're just an ordinary Shonen fans who only looking for a flashy non-stop battle Shonen over and over, then you better just stick to JJK. This is how you write a proper suspense and "a calm before the storm", Fujimoto doesn't spoon you with ton of informations so we could feel something to the characters, but he instead do what he does best, show, don't tell. God, I love his writing so much, dude's really a prodigy in the circle of bullshit-unoriginal Shonen Mangakas nowadays.
Looks like we might see another "Chainsaw Man Pacing" in the next chapter, so better fasten your seatbelt, folks!

If you don't like Jujutsu Kaisen then that's fine. Nobody said you had to. But this snooty attitude of acting like you're better then people who enjoy flashy non-stop battle Shonen
is honestly just cringe. It's not like Chainsawman is unpopular and going unnoticed while JJK is stealing all of it's views because of flashy battles and what not because hey
guess what Chainsawman has plenty of that too. They just have different writing and art styles because they are made by different people and I say that's awesome.
As far as JJK being "bullshit-unoriginal Shonen manga" I mean sure you could argue how it borrows elements from Bleach.
But the thing is Bleach borrows elements from Saint Seiya and Saint Seiya probably borrowed from something else and so on and so forth.
You can call it "unoriginal" if you want but really it's just the author paying homage to the mangaka who inspired them before.
I mean hell even Chainsawman may not be as completely 1000% "original" as you might think because Fujimoto likes movies and there's probably a ton of elements
that Fujimoto probably borrowed from them (I'm sure there are people who could probably point them all out better than I could).
And it's not like JJK fans are in denial that it borrows elements from Bleach as a Bleach fan I actually appreciate the ode and I think JJK tells an original story just like Chainsawman.
A lot of writing tropes are much older than what a lot of people think they are.
I really liked this chapter. Character building moments like these are necessary in all good stories.
So there is a "god" in the chainsawman universe, also did anyone notice the hybrids where eating at family burger xd
we got "angel" devil, so of course there is GOD in this universe. Also, it's only logical to have metaphysical beings like devils to exist & expect God & angels to also exist. Only then, it's the involvement either direct or non direct, depends on series creator.
It's kinda like DMC verse, we can see a lot of demons/devils, but no GOD/angels on sight directly, even though the game series outright have "hell" as another dimension.
The break next week gives me hope that we will get action next chapter

Did anyone else think the control devil “respawned” into the human world insanely fast?
Maybe it’s because I haven’t re-read it in awhile.
But for the Hell earth rebirth cycle goes.
I kinda assumed that time travels differently in Hell.
But considering just how much the Darkness devil hates control, and in part 2, the devils seem to be more common than ever.
I don’t have any theories or anything yet, but does anyone else?
I think it's a nice contrast that Makima cares about Chainsaw Man instead of Denji, meanwhile Nayuta, despite still encouraging him to *be* Chainsaw Man, is shown to care far more about Denji.
Hopefully will get some Asa soon, I miss her. Though this chapter struck something inside me i can’t explain, the Nayuta and Denji scenes, i can’t explain it. I will return to the livestreams soon, just have been working a lot recently. I have something for you I’ve been building for a while
*All Hell Breaks Loose Next Chapter (in 2 weeks)*
Barem said "We're all born to kill and that's why God will forgive us no matter how many people we kill tomorrow" Why? Their plan...likely Fami's plan is to kill as many civilian and Public Safety Devil Hunters on the Day of Worship (Sunday?) when the Chainsaw Man Church Devil hunters take a break. Their goal is to draw Denji out as Chainsaw Man. Why would this be Fami's plan? Fami's power is to control those who are starving physically, mentally, or spiritually. Denji is mentally and spiritually broken, starving to become Chainsaw Man. He will have to fight the Weapons Devils and "kill" them. That's why they're going all out on Sunday. Perhaps we'll see the missing members: Reze, Katana Man, and Quanxi in the next chapter. Even if Chainsaw Man "kills" them, they can easily be revived.
*Family Burger & Four Weapons Devils Share Burgers*
We meet two more Weapons Devils: Whip Girl and Spear Man. Who's missing from the roster? Reze the Bomb Devil, Katana Man, and Quanxi the Crossbow Devil. I'm convinced Whip Girl was the Katana Girl (Chapter 107 p14-17) from the Devil Hunter's Club who fought Yuko, thrown out the window of the third floor and survived (definitely not human). She shared the same hairdo. Barem aka Flamethrower Man confirms they are hybrids: human + weapons + devil.
Hmmm...but mr. we're in a part of heaven where angels come to be reincarnate by being killed by angles far higher then any chainsaw angel the angels born from primal concepts thay are the always ones for as long as humanity exists they will too as soon as they want to notice our presence will all die
Is part 2 of CM actually any good? How does it compare with part 1? I’m not that pushed to read it, I’ll pick it up when it comes to print. I’m reading nothing but ecchi stuff at the moment haha, currently reading To Love-Ru.
