The reason why she massaged your scalp in advance is due to the fact that by massaging, it will help circulate blood, and this is important in treatments as it promotes nutrient buid-up in your hair and brings oxygen into your hair to ensure your hair grows healthier and at good rates ❤️
60 min of head massage! Damn. I’m a massage therapist and can’t imagine just massaging heads all day. Bet it feels amazing though. We hold more tension in our heads than we think.
Wow i might need that...i think about things that makes me stress everyday even though theres not much going on in my life but there is in my head...well ig jsut like everyone else in this world....lol
Some basic massage like this cost a couple hundred bucks in the US. That’s insane. In vietnam i paid about 15$ and it was so so good. I had a head massage, back massage with hot stones. Always give good tip for them. But in the US , and UK it’s over priced.
@@lintea6207 yes, but no lol, 15 vietnamese dong is like, basically nothing. If, you want to be exact, 15 dong is .00064 us dollars as of right now. when the op said about 15 dollars, she probably roughly converted from dong to usd 👍 it's not like in australia where 1 australian dollar is a little more than 1 us dollar. When I go visit family in vietnam, I usually do a rough estimate conversion of 25,000 vietnamese dong = 1 US dollar. And yes, I can confirm that everything is definitely cheaper in Vietnam. I had my hair cut there and the treatment would've been around 300 dollars in the US, but we only had to pay around 80 us dollars in vietnam, so everything really is just cheaper. Hope this helps 👍

You’re kinda partly right about the blood flow, it’s much easier for the blood flow to happen if your head is tilted downward (touching toes style) or if your feet are above your head (tilted back). Then that makes your brain get more blood into it but you can’t be in that position for long before damage starts to happen since it’s harder to pump the blood. In the shower you can bend down and massage your scalp for 1-2 min. This can also help hair grow a little faster apparently
I scrub my scalp in the bath while shampooing and then rinse with cool water. Baths are a lifestyle for me, in addition to walking 3 miles a day outdoors they are a gift I give myself. Self-care is important, it took me far too long to figure this out.
