Subbed for more of RAYE, true complete 21st century artist... Suggestions for your next reaction(s): Oscar Winning Tears live at the Royal Albert Hall, Genesis MV, live Brit Awards Medley, It's A Man's World live at Montreux, Worth It live at The London Hilton. Can't wait for your next one, RAYE will blow you away again and again, you ain't seen nothing yet... Peace and love from Bavaria!
In answer to your question about her popularity.. some back story might help. Raye was under contract with a record label for many, many years. She wrote songs for artists like Beyoncé, John Legend, Charlie xcx and David Guetta. Her label wouldn’t allow her to release an album of her own though, and they tightly controlled her artistic creativity. She made the call to leave her label and released her first album, ‘My 21st Century Blues’ independently. She has a song called ‘Hard Out Here’ which talks about dumping her label. Her album went on to win 6 Brit Awards (a record for any artist).. and she performed the entire album live at Royal Albert Hall. The entire thing is available as a separate audio album. Each song is performed in a different way to on the main album. Changes of genres.. all kinds of goodness. So often worth checking out both studio and multiple lives as they will all be a bit different. She’s obviously been blackballed by the industry because of some of the things she’s spoken about publicly since leaving her label. Ice Cream Man is a song which is a good example of the sorts of things she’s been public about. She’s also been nominated for the Best New Artist Grammy. But the likelihood of winning that is fairly low due to the industry issues. She has less than 900k subscribers which is RIDICULOUS. Anyway, hope the back story helps!! ❤❤❤
Why hasn't she blown up?? Since she went independent and released her first solo album last year (My 21st Century Blues) she has won a record 6 BRIT Awards (in a single night), 2 Ivor Novello Awards for best songwriter, an MTV Award, A MOBO for Best Female Act and she's nominated for 3 Grammy's. Who knows, if you plug her she might just catch on 🙄
Oscar Winning Tears (at Royal Albert Hall) is a good choice for a live performance!
Yes definitely a good one.
Oscar Winning Tears Live at the Royal Albert Hall is the one to watch next. Her vocal performance is extraordinary
Here for more Raye!!! I’d suggest a live performance or the music video for Genesis next!
Watch her performing Oscar winning tears at the Royal Albert Hall. Shes with a massive Orchestra and it’s phenomenal!

Just came across her last week and she has quickly become my favorite artist! Definitely check out her other stuff!
Hola. Saluditos desde Bogotá Colombia besos y gracias por tus buenas recomendaciones ❤❤❤❤
Ice Cream Man is also worth a check out by Raye
Great!😊
She does a lot of more spoken word style in a lot of her songs. She's really good at being right on that line of rap and singing.
Her Brit Awards performance beats The Royal Albert prefermonce by a mile!
Not to be “that person,” but it’s “oh seven oh shake”… not “zero seventy.” ❤
