And he was so stupid, no parked car can adjust for another driver parking in the next parking slot. And he was blaming the plaintiff when she was already parked, when he hit her car, the other driver.
No matter who caused the accident, the defendant left the scene and his evidence contradicted what he was saying. When it comes to he said/she said testimony, credibility is key, and she was more credible than him.
whether he was having an affair was none of her damn business! The judge seemed to be more biased after allowing that whack to infect the case with her suspicion and belief that he was having an affair. It clearly had nothing to do with the case at all and she had absolutely no proof or basis to even make that claim. The judge definitely needs to take the L for her annoying behavior on this one!!
That defendant is completely FULL OF 💩. Anyone else notice he first said he was nose out in his parking space, the when describing what happened he said as he "backed out" then quickly next said "pulled out." Then he shows a pic of his "damage" that was on the back of his car. 🤥🤥👖on 🔥
The reason why the defendant would answer simple questions with a narrative is that he needs to tell the story that he made up. Direct answers to the Judges questions would allow her to easily find out that he is lying. The Judge finally got him right there at the end about the dispatcher getting out of the car, and he instantly lost credibility meaning the plaintiff wins.
I was once told by an insurance adjuster in the case of an accident like this, the person at fault is usually the person reversing. So, (if this is true) whether in her version or his, he's still more at fault.
Wow! The defendant was a complete liar. Probably compulsive like the plaintiff stated. I believe everything the plaintiff said. Everything. (Although what woman in her right mind would have an affair with that man)
Why is that a bad thing??? She knows what happened, so of course she’s going to assume that she’s gonna win. I would absolutely be confident when I know I did nothing at all.
When 2 "coworkers" are walking together, they look like 2 people simply walking side by side. When 2 people are having an affair(or want to), they walk closer together, and act "giddy" just as the Plaintiff said. There's shoulders bumping together, heads are closer together, and laughing... I tend to think the Plaintiff was on to something😂.
2 issues how. First this ladies crazy. Claims the guy might be having an affair why because she saw something that she interpreted a certain way? Also how does she know he's even married still? Some people seek a divorce but might not remove the ring right away hoping maybe to reconcile so how's she know what his home life is like from a few minute interaction. Secondly in the opening remarks it was said his insurance paid out already but yet this was not discussed during the case. Did she end up being paid by the insurance and the defendant?
The fact that he wants to hide things from a complete stranger that he just had a car accident with regardless of who is at fault does not necessarily mean that he is having a fair. He could have been, but it's also not any of her business.
Did anyone see what she said when plaintiff said “uh huh” and kept cheering her on. It looked like they either bleeped it or she was about to say something rude to plaintiff. You’re winning woman!! Shut up!
5:58 Overall, I love judge million. But people are not wrong when they say she doesn't let people talk. She doesn't listen to everything they're saying and she's rude !! I DONT TRUST EITHER ONE. BOTH SHADY AND SHE MAKES UP STUFF IN HER HEAD SHE DOESNT EVEN KNOW THIS GUY!🙄🤨
I used to live on Staten Island. Unfortunately! Sounds about right; the plaintiff creating a soap opera like story with no evidence, repeating it on tv for all to hear. Like their guru, say something enough until it’s believed. Who cares if there is any proof!
As a dealer tech for over a decade I can confirm there’s no way his rav4 did all the damage. Some of it was old. Either over the wheel or in front of it. He couldn’t have done both in 1 hit.
I just want to say - that's not how a woman's intuition works. You don't just LOOK at a complete STRANGER and know if they are having an affair or not.
Plaintiff made up a whole soap opera drama story to fit her bogus narrative 🙄 😒 lies lies All she needed to do is keep the truth firm and not make up other shit too, makes her unbelievable. Trying to smear this man with ZERO evidence nor proof of an affair.
What really irked me (aside from the defendant's whole demeanor) was when the plaintiff made a comment about the defendant's affair, and how he and some other woman were 'being very giddy' (nothing to do with the case-in-hand). She went off-topic at least twice that I noticed. JM asked the plaintiff where she got that information and she said "that's just my opinion, women's intuition" oh FFS give me a break lady and go back to the beach. You are neither his girlfriend nor his wife; it's none of your damn business what he does with other women. 🙄
Not related to the case but when the plaintiff walked into the court she exuded gorgeousness like my skipped a beat the first time I say the phenomenon unfolded.😍
The plaintiff is lovely and seems very honest. Her story makes sense. The defendant seems dishonest. He left the scene of an accident because he was AWOL? I trust the plaintiff completely.
I agree with her. There was something fishy going on with him and this other lady who drove away and didn't show up to court on his behalf.. and if what he said about work was true, he most likely has a history of being late getting back to work after his lunch breaks.
If he backed into her while she was moving there would be scrape marks on the plaintiff's car. According to the picture there are no scrape marks. So the plaintiff is telling the truth. Also there is no way that the top of the wheel cover could have been damaged. The defendant is lying.
That defendant already had scratches on his truck and figured he could toss that in and blame her for it, he lied about how the accident occurred, fled the scene of the crime....I doubt he remembers what the truth is. What a liar.
The guy said multiple times that his coworker got out of the vehicle but didn't stick around and left and the judge acted like he was lying about that Even if he's guilty I'm just saying sometimes she just goes off on stupid. It's really bad in her new show. Can't even watch it.
The defendant outright said when he looked to his right and saw her vehicle was not moving "that's when I started backing up AND THEN I looked in there rear view mirror..." Case closed. He started backing up without checking rearview mirror FIRST. Plus you take take your eyes off that mirror as you're moving in reverse. What an idiot and he is a bus driver!
In all honesty, i actually believed the defendants story, he was actually trying to answer and also he spoke clearly and knew what he was talking about and by her smerk at the end and the judge not really letting him talk, further let me know, that the judge already knew the ruling before the show started and women knew also that she git into three other accidents the plaintiff was lying and based all that i saw, I'm sticking to that.
Even if the accident happened how the defendant says it was still his fault! However, if he was trying to keep an affair secret coming on national TV may not be the smartest move..lol
Wow witness totally slandered this guy about a affair she has no idea who they are. I would of gave that guy a not guilty just for a fabricated slanders story
The defendant claimed she blurted out, “Oh, no, that’s my third accident in three months!” He lied about that. JM had someone get both their accident records for her.
The defendent is a liar. That horrible smirk on his face throughout the entire shoe. Story kept changing. Totally having an affair. The one witness that could clear him.
@LeoSun33, agreed and Lawton, Oklahoma 700-800, about 45 minutes South of Lawton, it's still some 500-700 smaller houses, not the best shape but I've seen on TPC what NY rents out for insane amout
The plaintiff has already been paid by the defendant's insurance company for the accident. She's definitely trying to double dip here. Greed will get the best of a person every single time if you allow it to.
But did they pay the deductible? And any pain from injury? I have not watched the video yet bit having been hit by a careless driver and suffered permanent back and head injury I ended up suing for pain and suffering because car insurance only covered the vehicle and some of my medical bills.
The court doesn't let you double dip so maybe this was a deductible or something that wasn't covered as replacing an entire panel on a new car costs a lot more than she claimed for.
That defendant was SO annoying. I wish the judge would have yelled at him a little more.😂😂
Are you related to Ellen Ripley?
@@swallowedinthesea11Ellen Riley is a fictional character
It was painful to watch him.
And he was so stupid, no parked car can adjust for another driver parking in the next parking slot. And he was blaming the plaintiff when she was already parked, when he hit her car, the other driver.
For some reason the defendant's face reminds of the character Ned Flanders from
"The Simpsons"😂
You are so right!
😂😂😂 yes
this is the guy the character was based on!
You are not wrong!!! 😂😂😂
She created an entire soap opera scenario about these complete strangers.
Shes disgusting
Right 🤣🤣🤣
She's delusional 😂
Are you talking about the plaintiff rather than the lying defendant???🤣🤣🤣
I do the same thing when I'm people watching but I'd never use it in a trial 😂
No matter who caused the accident, the defendant left the scene and his evidence contradicted what he was saying. When it comes to he said/she said testimony, credibility is key, and she was more credible than him.
I don't trust either
Ya I think they both were full of it
Buy his story changed hers didn't. So I believe her. Sorry not sorry.
I mean this whole CASE is proof that this guy is a compulsive liar!!!
The defendant is a little weasel. He should be ashamed of himself.
perfect description.
I thought the plaintiff was being presumptuous with the affair comment…. but I think she might be on to something. That guy is sketchy asl
She must be a lonely witch.
I thought exactly what the plaintiff stated, the presumption of an affair. If not an affair, then he had lunch with his wife but they have 2 cars.
Exactly. I hav3 my own vehicle because i have to deal with the kids all day with school and appointments @JaiB-xr9fl
True, but if it was his wife, I don't think she would have left the scene in such a hurry😅
whether he was having an affair was none of her damn business!
I don't believe him, his story changed. Keep your story straight.
Hard to keep lies straight
Well, what I liked was just how quickly his car turned 90 degrees. It's like he was pulling out and then a second later his car is sideways.
That defendant is completely FULL OF 💩. Anyone else notice he first said he was nose out in his parking space, the when describing what happened he said as he "backed out" then quickly next said "pulled out." Then he shows a pic of his "damage" that was on the back of his car. 🤥🤥👖on 🔥
And the constant mansplaining he tried with the judge lol
Can't dazzle them with brilliance baffle them with bullsh!t 😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Plus he admits that he backed into her. His defense is that she should not have been behind him, but that's no defense.
4:53 No, he said he was parked with the nose in, but he does lack credibility.
He sure did. He changed his story and was making it up as he went, I thought.
As much as the cheating speculation seems far fetched it does lead one to wonder why the coworker didn't come as a witness
Bc he's lying and she didn't wanna embarrass herself
Because I'm not losing 8 hrs of pay. 🥴
Because they didn't want to be involved with this nutjob🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

@tricetaylor7918 but no affidavit or anything. Sounds like she didn't want her name associated with this. In the military adultery is still a crime
I was once told by an insurance adjuster in the case of an accident like this, the person at fault is usually the person reversing. So, (if this is true) whether in her version or his, he's still more at fault.
I REALLY DON'T BELIEVE EITHER OF THEM !! But the take away is don;'t let either car move till you get pictures !!
The plaintiff's non stop comments while the Judge was talking to the defendant were annoying as hell.
At the end when the defendant says "that was about it" I knew the plaintiff was right about the affair 😂👌
Wow! The defendant was a complete liar. Probably compulsive like the plaintiff stated. I believe everything the plaintiff said. Everything. (Although what woman in her right mind would have an affair with that man)
I think they're both liars and I think sometimes accidents are accidents.
the plaintiff ASSUMES she knows the history of someone she has never met???? maybe she has done that very thing herself!!
Not having an affair lmaooo
Such a smug plaintiff.
Why is that a bad thing??? She knows what happened, so of course she’s going to assume that she’s gonna win. I would absolutely be confident when I know I did nothing at all.
No damage to his car. No red paint on her car. I think they just wanted to be on People's Court.
Liberty Biberty 😂
She gave him a more interesting life than reality! 😂😂😂
Even his answer at the end about the affair makes no sense... why is it so hard to say im not gaving an affair with anyone
😂😂 I know. He was asked twice at that point but he was so busy mansplaining away that he didn't say no either time 😂
I don't like how smug the plaintiff is, even if she's correct 😆
she must be hell to live with.
I don't think she was being honest either. Even though the defendant was obnoxious
He’s lying about accident but the plaintiff is annoying af
Excellent summary!!!
I don’t blame her, he was literally making up complete lies, I would have been very upset too, it’s insane.
Her women’s intuition claim can easily set her up for a defamation suit. We all know what happens when we assume.
That defendant testimony as all over the place....once u leave the the scene before the police arrives I'm lookink at u side eye tbh🤦
100% at fault if you leave the scene even if you weren't at fault

Every time judge milian walks down those steps I'm afraid she'll fall like she did once!!!!
What you say about others often says more about you. Also, Harvey is wrong; move your car to the side of the road or out of the way if possible.
