No matter who caused the accident, the defendant left the scene and his evidence contradicted what he was saying. When it comes to he said/she said testimony, credibility is key, and she was more credible than him.

The judge seemed to be more biased after allowing that whack to infect the case with her suspicion and belief that he was having an affair. It clearly had nothing to do with the case at all and she had absolutely no proof or basis to even make that claim. The judge definitely needs to take the L for her annoying behavior on this one!!

The reason why the defendant would answer simple questions with a narrative is that he needs to tell the story that he made up. Direct answers to the Judges questions would allow her to easily find out that he is lying. The Judge finally got him right there at the end about the dispatcher getting out of the car, and he instantly lost credibility meaning the plaintiff wins.

First this ladies crazy. Claims the guy might be having an affair why because she saw something that she interpreted a certain way? Also how does she know he's even married still? Some people seek a divorce but might not remove the ring right away hoping maybe to reconcile so how's she know what his home life is like from a few minute interaction.
Secondly in the opening remarks it was said his insurance paid out already but yet this was not discussed during the case. Did she end up being paid by the insurance and the defendant?

If he backed into her while she was moving there would be scrape marks on the plaintiff's car. According to the picture there are no scrape marks. So the plaintiff is telling the truth. Also there is no way that the top of the wheel cover could have been damaged. The defendant is lying.

That defendant already had scratches on his truck and figured he could toss that in and blame her for it, he lied about how the accident occurred, fled the scene of the crime....I doubt he remembers what the truth is. What a liar.

The guy said multiple times that his coworker got out of the vehicle but didn't stick around and left and the judge acted like he was lying about that Even if he's guilty I'm just saying sometimes she just goes off on stupid. It's really bad in her new show. Can't even watch it.

The defendant outright said when he looked to his right and saw her vehicle was not moving "that's when I started backing up AND THEN I looked in there rear view mirror..." Case closed. He started backing up without checking rearview mirror FIRST. Plus you take take your eyes off that mirror as you're moving in reverse. What an idiot and he is a bus driver!

In all honesty, i actually believed the defendants story, he was actually trying to answer and also he spoke clearly and knew what he was talking about and by her smerk at the end and the judge not really letting him talk, further let me know, that the judge already knew the ruling before the show started and women knew also that she git into three other accidents the plaintiff was lying and based all that i saw, I'm sticking to that.

But did they pay the deductible? And any pain from injury? I have not watched the video yet bit having been hit by a careless driver and suffered permanent back and head injury I ended up suing for pain and suffering because car insurance only covered the vehicle and some of my medical bills.

The court doesn't let you double dip so maybe this was a deductible or something that wasn't covered as replacing an entire panel on a new car costs a lot more than she claimed for.
