Davepeta is implied dead. Erisol was forgotten and a bit of a wildcard that could have stayed on LoWaS and travelled with everyone. He wasn't seen after trickster nonsense. I think Gcatavrosprite just kind of kept existing and would have reached Earth C. Dear sweet precious Fefeta 'sploded though. So, my conclusion is that this is just Al doing what she wants in this world pretty much entirely of her own creation. Vriska can thank her that there was no Tavrisprite. (That vriska was the one who dropped the quest and went on to spend however long in the bubbles with Terezi, and I'm hoping ended up in Candy, and was wishing _she_ was going to usurp the "real Vriska" role without losing anything she gained along the way.)
This is your irregular reminder that Vriska is just (Vriska) minus all the character development. (Vriska) was the one who dated*, parted with, and found out later that the typheus killed John was annihilated by Lord English. (Vriska) was the one who led the dream bubble quest. (Vriska) was the one who the big Vriska speech right before the house juju can be attributed to. (Vriska) was the one who was able to let go of her massive ego and learned that she never needed it**. What did Vriska do? Virska got punched in the face out of nowhere, served as a much needed plot device for the next couple of years, had a bit of an epiphany that (Vriska) was right all along in the epilogues, and then backpedaled right back to act 5 Vriska the second Homestuck^2 started. *Let it be known that there are _at least three_ distinct times that Viska or (Vriska) mellowed out. Once when (Vriska) died and discovered the dream bubbles and met Typheus killed John there, once when they found the weapon and the quest was going nowhere for eons, and once when Vriska fell into the black hole and ended up in candy. Perhaps you also want to count the time when Vriska killed Tavros. **That ego of hers is a protection mechanism that keeps her immune to the opinions of others. With enough confidence, she's not influenced by them, but they're influenced by her into (perhaps begrudgingly) believing her ideas are good ideas, which is a pretty good ability for someone who takes in as much information as she does, since she's at least well-informed, if perhaps a little uncaring for those around her. If you know so much more than those around you, other people are just usually _wrong_ in cases of disagreement. You can see what exactly it was that the giant ego was meant to protect against when Vriska found (Vriska) and that whole interaction happened. Who would know better what that ego was meant to prevent than the one who created it in the first place? In Homestuck, Vriska has never liked killing people either. However, she will kill and put up a mask of saying that this was the right choice whenever she feels she has to. Tavros was not one of these cases which is why the facade cracked here. All harm Vriska did to Tavros was out of frustration, and deep down, I think she regrets her lack of self-control, even if her ego doesn't let her show being wrong. They're just a really bad matchup. An even worse matchup than Vriska and (Vriska). tl;dr: (Vriska) _is_ the real Vriska and has been all along.

And I'm actually looking forward to the explanation? Homestuck is like, actually catching my attention for more than an attachment to the franchise and the characters. This is... Great.
I think it has something to do with the fact the black hole sucked up the dream bubbles, just a hunch but it might have allowed the sprites come back intact instead of as their components like the abomination that was tavris

Huh. When I saw Vriska was in a new Universe I thought (and hoped) that it was the one created at the end of Pesterquest. I guess that would be to awesome, but with it's First Guardian still wielding the power of the Juju.

And that sollux... Doesnt exist? Because of the retcon...? He and that aradia got retconned? The sollux we see from post retcon is in collide but he's half blind... So maybe the sollux and aradia on earth C are pre retcon? And those two got Englished? Or will appear later suddenly We could have pre retcon Arquius show up... Although, I can't help but be concerned with Alternate Calliope's words and the implications that they bring into this whole situation. Seems like the team is stewing up something much bigger than anticipated, but I'm all here for whatever might be brought on next.
