Abi Rose, the talented chef, had prepared an impressive spread including dojem, jadoh, tungrumbai, dokleh, and much more. Each dish was a testament to her skill and dedication to authentic Khasi cuisine. The flavors were rich and diverse, offering a true taste of Meghalaya. @RoxGaMing917.... well as I have mentioned in the video, the menu card wasn’t available for the day and abi has charged bare minimum 😇 however for thali (rice, dal,papad, vegetable fry) + 1 bowl of chicken/pork usually costs around ₹100

It’s a shop, so it’s all made in the morning and it will be warmed up again before serving. It’s not your home where you can expect to be made from scratch before serving it to a customer.
