Yup! They send out a newsletter in advance of their sales. They even do fun writing workshops now and then which they announce in the newsletter as well.
I use Grammarly for free. I'm going to get the yearly version of PWA and use it with Grammarly. I use Grammarly with Scrivener and I believe that you can use it with Final Draft 12.
Grammarly takes a very strong political stance on an issue I frequently write about. It does not respect user privacy at all. It is very, very pro-Ukraine - google Mirotvorets. This makes me not trust them. I don't want to take the risk of having their software on my computer, with the ability to read and upload to Grammarly in Ukraine, every word I write. So I simply need to figure out if ProWriting Aid is the best replacement product for me.

@1:53 suggestive software 😏😏
This was an excellent breakdown and review!! And thank you for showing the details of the interface so I know what I’m getting into
Thank you. This was very helpful.
6:21: Top tip for a new Grammarly user.
So informative! Thank you and good luck in your writing!
We're glad you found it helpful!
Great video review! How do we know when ProWriting Aid runs a promotion though? Is it in their newsletter maybe?
Yup! They send out a newsletter in advance of their sales. They even do fun writing workshops now and then which they announce in the newsletter as well.
Pricing has changed. Annual is £110 that's just short of $135, so no longer the bargain it once was.
Is it rational to get a lifelong subscription when technology is advancing so fast that we might have more modern tools in a near future?
Thanks for this.
Great comparison!

It’s currently 50% until November 28th just bought my lifetime license
How do you find it compares vs AutoCrit?
We actually don't have experience with AutoCrit, but that's a great question.

I'm reliably informed that WhiteSmoke also poses a danger for similar reasons.
