Very good advice for places that get a lot of rain. Here in Australia the cost of water is very high and it's full of chlorine which means it has to be treated with chemicals before it's safe for fish. I hope that those watching in the Philippines will follow this excellent advice.
I hear you, our water is expensive too. So not cool. We don't have an endless supply of water either, water has become a very precious commodity. I love when it rains as it's free water for the ponds 😁
