You mean when she fucking punted him aside. Letting him go implies that Rick wanted to leave her in the first place, which he clearly didn't. Significant, considering we're talking about Rick Sanchez.

One of the saddest i agree but not the most darkest one.. not darker than infecting the planet, leaving your family and bury your dead body.. there are many dark episodes

Dude the saddest episode ever. I cried everytime I saw Rick almost take his life. And the thing is he would've done it but he was so drunk he passed out before he could. And that hit hard
In fact, they're so into redheads that they even got the absolute redhead bombshell Christina Hendricks to voice Unity for the show, and I support their decision 100%. Christina Hendricks is a Goddess on Earth. P.S. - And yes, I know her natural hair color is blonde, not red. But I still don't mind, she looks gorgeous as a redhead and that's all that matters.

But, since Unity broke up with him it, he decided to give up on dimension C-137
Downloaded the song "Do you feel it" by chaos chaos after the first time I'd seen this episode, it really shows the pain & loneliness Rick deals with being the smartest person in the universe.
That creature at the end is one of the people, possibly a baby, from the dimension he abandoned in episode 6 of the first season. He was looking for a cure. Rick killing it was him giving up.

How am I not surprised the ugg boots and leggings joke got that big of a reaction. My favorite reaction thought is their reaction to the greatest live action comedy of all time Community.
It's an interesting idea that I hadn't heard anyone else suggest before, but I kinda doubt that the writers intended Jerry's ironic urban patois to be a potential clue indicating that he definitely got switched in the previous episode.

His intention was to kill himself and didn't accomplish it due to his alcoholism. There's I think only one other episode maybe two that end this sadly. Still my favorite show
