A setup based around fleet footwork is not something i'd recommend to climb on Kassadin. First strike or Electrocute is a much better option currently.
No matter how much people cry about the elo system, it works. Soon those guys will go back to silver-bronze and create another two accounts, just to repeat the process until the give up. It's the same with the guy that bought a challenger acc and was playing against bronze in like 2 weeks.
I disagree with the Kass main in the comments. I just picked up the champ and now i have a lot of educational content to watcg for him. NEED EVEN MORE!!! :))
