Tashjian DX70 install update, concrete poured. - KJ7E

6 cubic yards of 4000psi mud poured today down the 4'x4'x10' hole, that's like 24,000lbs. The base came out nearly perfectly level, got the dogs paw prints in the cement as well as my callsign. Got the grounds attached and now just waiting for it to cure before having the crane lift the tower on to the base. PS, yes there is plenty of clearance to the roof eve, approved plans calls for 6", I will have 8". The bottom (widest) section will be 1 foot below the eve but will would still clear the eve, the next section will pass the eve with 8" clearance, which is plenty. The video is deceiving on how much clearance there is or how large the rebar or steel plate is.
