No lie, I stopped at Shit Bow to come to the comments and thank you. I know I speak for at least a few Curb fans when I say I’ve been curious enough to look this up but never got around to it lol
Man I wish Larry would visit Scotland to teach everyone that lesson. My own particular pet peeve is people who block the pavement. We have tiny, thin pavements outside our town centres, and people are so unwilling to learn the correct pavement etiquette. We badly need some grouchy old Jewish fellows to teach good behaviour 😄
Totally right. Larry just wanted his fucking ice cream, and that woman was deliberately blocking the doors. And then, she has the nerve to call HIM a jerk!
These comps are fantastic - I knew *so* many Curb fans that I've told about this channel and how criminally underrated it is. Deserves WAY more views and subs for the amount of work put in.
@jahempress26: “The sorry window” and the barbershop remark about the miscarriage are among my two favorite cringe-inducing moments of Larry’s. *The world* surely had the last laugh, there
Gotta agree about the parking in 2 spaces. I'm not such a great parker, but if I see I've done this, I WILL get back in the car and try again. Otherwise, I couldn't complain when I see others doing this.
I'm dying of laughter here because of 13:47 haha this dude Larry picks an argument with everyone or anyone HAHA reminds me of my dad! The part when he casually points and asks "Are you happy with that park?" kills me every time 😂😂😂
This is all great stuff and the segments at the end with Michael J Fox are so damn funny, got to admire that guy for continuing to do his thing for so many years with parkinson's ☺️
1:58 That's on Kyra's father. Larry was put in a tough situation with Joe's daughter, did his best to help her get through it, and was then unfairly lambasted. He doesn't owe the girl scouts anything. No obligation to buy. He was really kind and helpful to Kyra and her dad (and Susie) completely overreacted. Joe did Larry a favor. Larry was trying to do a favor back by buying some cookies from his daughter. Once Joe turned on him, all bets were off for the cookies. Point goes to Larry.
I actually think Larry loses the Bill Buckner thing. It's a hilarious scene, but you dont toss a ball right at a wide open window, even when it's a professional player 😅
8:37 i hide my "chai" necklace when i go to pita inn or a traditional restaurant every time. I tried the other way, its best they dont know. Lets not turn my lamb sandwich into politics...
Don't be devastated. Be grateful. Rewatch every episode since season 1, and relive the journey. That's what I would do. Celebrate all the 15 seasons. I still have seasons I haven't seen.❤
If you want another show like this I’d highly recommend the Ken Burns Civil War documentary. It’s a little more serious but it has it’s still the same kind of improv-comedy style
The coach passenger was wrong. You pay way more for first class because it comes with additional privileges. Well, that might be obnoxious to some. It’s a fact when you pay more for things you often get additional benefits as well.
😂😂 sometimes the person keeping score reveals just how much of a psycho they really are 😂😂😂 how do you give Larry the point for saying there’s a “sorry window” on her dad’s death 😂😂😂😭😭😭😭
@@davidperez5089 Can’t recall which season, but the episode involved Sammie Greene blackmailing Larry into saying something to Susie. If not, she threatened to spill the beans about Eileen (the LOL girl) having an affair with Eddie (husband of the woman, who asked Larry to keep her away from the dessert table “no matter what”)
In most restaurant scenes he orders salad or fruit. In Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee he told Jerry if he eats pizza it’s always 1 slice, 2 if he’s going off the rails. His idea a binge eating is half a bag of raw cashews
I agree with Larry about the statute of limitations on Happy New Years, but if someone mentions their father dying I feel like an obligatory "sorry" is in order (maybe not if it happened 10 years ago, but two is relatively recent)? Am I thinking about this wrong?
15:33 Her problem is with the airline/its employees, not Larry. It's unfortunate that she was turned away but she still had access to the one in the coach cabin. It's not like she was forced to hold it for the entire flight. She chose to direct her animosity at Larry. He didn't make the decision to impede her and him using the coach bathroom is none of her business. She was wrong to assume Larry's character and act like a whiny bitch to him. It's a friggin' airplane. There's only so many options for bathrooms. You're 30,000 feet up in the sky. If you gotta go, then you gotta go. Let's face it, bathrooms on most airplanes aren't going to vary tremendously. In fact, it would be rather stupid and cruel of an airline to mandate that flyers only use the one in their cabin. It's not like a dirty bum off the street wandering into a luxury hotel and demanding to use the nicest bathroom. Point to Larry.
Cheryl the most annoying person on Curb. She refuses to take responsibility for anything and won't admit when she's wrong. Wish they fired her from the show 11 seasons ago.
I disagree with the buffet decision. If he was to share a significant portion of his plate, and then go back for seconds, I would agree. If his intention was to only get one plate, and happened to share it with someone at his table, there's nothing wrong with that. The manager should've taken note of that and waited to see if Larry went back for seconds. In fact, the manager should've been glad Jeff didn't go for the buffet. He would''ve been out of business :P
On the pig Parker. I will park in two spaces when the car park is quite empty in order to reduce the chances of someone dinging my car with their doors but never if I think I would cause inconvenience. I think there is a call to be made here
14:52 I think only someone with a truly bizarre upbringing would constantly require a later confirmation for every single plan they make with another person. Definitely makes me wonder about anyone who would defend that. It's one thing if the other person has reliability issues, but that's not Larry. Richard previously agreed to meet Larry for lunch, left him hanging, and then conjured up this bullshit about needing a confirmation. Richard's need to feel assured is at a very unhealthy level here. You don't enable mindsets like that. Him being left alone at the restaurant at the end of the episode is, frankly, his comeuppance. Point to Larry.
Between the cabinet argument and the Shit Bow, Season 8 was the main inspiration for me to make these videos

Larry definitely deserved the point on the ice cream. It's just common courtesy to step aside if you need to collect yourself, don't block doors.

I can’t stand that woman. Imagine getting mad at someone for wanting to shop for groceries inside of a grocery store.

You literally CAN watch it for hours (in my best Larry voice)!!!
The interaction between Big Dog and Larry about the cabinets make my blood boil so bad😂
Not the doorman screaming at Larry “get the fuck outta here!” 😂
What do you mean "Not the doorman"...Wtf kind of way of starting a sentence is that?! Surprised you didn't say it's, "a WHOLE vibe".
The Lady arguing with Larry on the plane is so fucking funny.
One of the best stranger interactions on the show

I really hope we get Larry David vs The World Part 9, 10, 11 and 12 soon. Hope Part 9, 10 and 11 is being worked on
The boxed pudding in Dog's cabinet was a nice touch.
