No, Vegeta IS naturally stronger here than Goku. Goku trained under the same amount of gravity that Vegeta lived through. It’s Goku’s determination and nack for being able to quickly adapt that’s makes him special.
Yeah she was talking about Vegeta being naturally strong, she just worded it a bit differently here. I still forgot planet Vegeta had 10x the gravity after rewatching this again 😂 It's crazy though how Goku got such a crazy boost after training with King Kai, his determination and limitless saiyan strength is pure badass

It’s insane that even with the KAIOKEN x3 multiplying gokus power, Vegeta was still stronger. He took a full power kaioken x4, a spirit bomb and fought a great ape and still lived through it
Not quite, vegetas power level here is 18000, goku at x3 kaioken has 27000 since he has 9000 by default

vegeta level power 18000
vegeta ozaru 180 000
Goku was over 8000. Also, he got weaker throughout the fight so, by the time he was using kaioken 3 and 4, his base would be under 8000. Same with Vegeta, by the time he transformed, he wasn't 18000 anymore.
