Sir, I see the same question was asked by someone
For update we use a MINUS to check any change in soure
For delete we use a FULL OUTER JOIN to find NULL value check . We cannot incorporate MINUS and FULL OUTER JOIN. If we use a FULL JOIN will Oracle update all rows before performing any DELETE

This is SCD Type 1 method, the similar way we have to implement SCD Type-2.
