This season has taught me alot of fundamentals that I didn't even think about, I play top lane and mid so would be nice to see more variation then just bot lanes
There is Z axis, but weirdly it's only in the river, so if you're in the river and shooting a skill shot at someone outside of it, their hitbox will not be exactly where you think it is.

Senna and Rengar while you still can please Rengar after learning his ult can jump off the Senna shroud like its a bush. No one will see it coming. Its almost like a free ult for Rengar anytime that Senna shroud is up.
The other combo I'd love to see is Sion and Kalista, If you Kalista ult Sion as he ults in, it'll pick him up as soon as his charge ends, and then he can double knockup because the Kalista ult animation time will match their knockup time, Its like the ultimate yo-yo.

the dunning kruger effect can be explained how i0ki did, but in general its about how someone can only understand something as deeply as their knowledge/privilege context goes. Every tiny aspect of life is a separate skill, and someone only has skill expression within that tiny aspect, if they have some sort of context for that skill. Being exposed to the skill from a source that is deemed safe, so they learn a little about it... The more underprivileged the person, the less context they will have to understand something/ANYTHING. Its part of how our brains process the world around us. Knowledge is power. It allows the opportunity of choice. Of an informed decision. It is a key part in controlling a population, restricting knowledge/education, and access to privileges. How can someone ever learn they are a slave that the ruling class exploits when all they know is working a lot and purchasing a bunch of things for convenience, no health care, low quality of life, little understanding of the world around them. No time to think, no time to learn, no time to make good decisions, so people will keep playing into the greedy hands of the ruling class...believing the false narrative that they feed us through many different avenues. fucking tragic.

I play the game a lot, and as the face of Senna I go out of my way to keep my finger on the pulse of new Senna tech. I'm constantly checking out popular Senna builds on other servers, trying out new Senna builds every patch, etc etc
If both waves are equal, they meet in the middle, thats where almost all the minions will die. If you have up to 3 more minions than your opponent it will push towards them, the closer it meets the enemies wave to their tower the slower the push will be When you have 4 more minions, than your opponent, if it meets their wave halfway between the midpoint and their tower, it will freeze in place. The reinforcements for both sides will arrive in a way that it keeps the wave perpetually in that spot. It can also be done with 1 cannon minion instead of 4 regular minions. To freeze a wave, you catch the enemies minions before they enter your tower range, you tank their damage while pulling them back so they meet your wave just outside of your tower range, then you only last hit and their minions will clear yours and keep meeting at that same spot. To break the freeze, you need to clear the enemies wave and get your minions to reach the tower. You will typically want jungle intervention for this, unless you have reliable long range wave clear. If your lane gets frozen, look for somewhere to make a play on the map. This forces the enemy to either give up the freeze and push, or to give up a numbers advantage in a fight. This is why its important before you back to buy to push the wave in. Otherwise the enemy team gets a chance to catch your minions and pull off a freeze. That's about the basics of it.
If you really want to learn some wave management tips, I'd recommend just watching a couple of SRO videos. Dude narrates his wave management techniques intentionally in almost every video, so if you just watch the first 10-ish minutes of a few of them you'll pick up all the key concepts and you can watch how he does it on a variety of champions. I love SRO, but his style isn't for everyone. The dude can't last hit a cannon for his life, has medium mechanical skill, decent macro skill and matchup knowledge, but primarily wins his lanes through his stellar wave management.
Sorry for even more over-explanation but think of this flow chart: After a fight, check the waves minions roughly even (# and hp) don't touch the wave your minions weaker don't touch the wave your minions stronger? Do they have anyone that is missing or can respond to you? No? Push the wave in Yes? don't touch the wave If the wave is frozen against you Are there any neutral objectives? Go to them Are any of the enemies over extended? Go to them Is your jungler positioned near your lane? Clear the freeze, let them know to keep an eye on your lane (hover you) There is no point to go to a frozen lane until you can guarantee clear the freeze. The price to maintain a freeze is one player on your team. If your enemy is paying that price, your job is to make it a price they can't afford by influencing the rest of the map. If the player that was freezing leaves to respond to an objective, you need to clear the freeze before you meet them at said objective, otherwise you lose more than they do regardless of how the fight goes.

It's just coded to not detonate when it "bounces". There is no real z-axis when it comes to gameplay. Things that jump aren't actually jumping but rather sliding

Yes and no, its not a true z-axis but a shift in the x-y axis. It warps the straight line of the skillshot. If it was a true z axis then you wouldn't be able to land a Lux q on anyone in the river because you fired it from the side. Also if you threw a skillshot from the river it would go into the ground.
