Cak is Javanese language, you need to setting your google in Javanese to know the meaning, Javanese language is language that use mostly in east java. Cak mean Mr. or uncle, so if you see word "cak" in restaurant it mean that's the owner name, for example: Soto Cak hootamin mean Soto made by Mr. hootamin.

It will really dangerous, because they can give you an unbelieveable price, and if they know you're a tourist or not a local, they will always do it. It will be better if you go to restaurant or "warung" with a price list.

사실 소토를 먹는 곳 근처인 칼리아신 폼파에는 전설적인 수라바야 요리가 있습니다. 거기에서 맛있는 닭고기 국수 만두와 볶음밥을 맛볼 수 있습니다.
