We have just come back from 2 weeks at this hotel, and couldn't disagree more with your review this was our 4th year and yes over previous years things were in need of updating but these have been addressed, staff are very engaging and friendly and of course tips top up there wages for which if you knew how much you would understand more, this is why they will go out of there way to help you in order to get a bit more some people just don't give anything and ive never seen them rude to people I would suggest if you ever go back to engage with the staff properly to gain a better understanding, wifi is bad is virtually in all resorts in Sharm the cleopatra's has been updated so a little better but yes a wifi dongle or sim would be faster and cheaper. you speak about food poisoning this I disagree with also in all hotels in Sharm people get stomach issues from ice, salads, etc etc I know our family get it yearly but the local pharmacy can easily help if you go I look forward to your next review
Been here for the last 7 days and where to start the food is a hit and miss every morning I have been having egg on toast 😂 as the food is horrible stay away from the ice cream and don't have ice in drinks the bar men do not have a clue about cocktails the evening meals for me was a chip roll 😂 this morning is the last day and I have been up since 3 am as there is always banging about or staff on there phones talking loud not had one good nights sleep yet the swimming pools are freezing just dipped me feet in the pool all week the entertainment is a joke really the beach bar is ok nothing wow the cleaners when they have been and gone you then have to ring reception to ask for shower gel or coffee or sugar bit of a joke the TV goes off here and there and the WiFi OMG don't bother constantly going off where ever you are when you go out the hotel is constantly hassle cabs pulling up and shop keepers come in come in so off putting I have been Egypt before but not like this hotel wow the only thing the hotel can not mess up is the weather which has been nice and hot my wife and I have both had bad bellys over the week you can not walk into the sea here as to sharp and rocky you need sea shoes this HOTEL doesn't cater for English people no way and should not be advertising in England as a holiday destination I have been on the balcony this morning since 3.30am doing this review as once again been woken up again with noise the rooms need a bit of a paint and deep clean all I can hear now is one worker talking to another one it's a joke I am a person who ain't hard to please but I can honestly say NEVER again would I come here and if you are thinking of bringing young kids here don't bother honestly anyway going home today and can't wait to get home and have a proper cup of coffee and a nice dinner. Please avoid waste of money

no, this hotel is not adult only. There are 2 hotels Cleopatra Luxury Resort. One of them adults only but not this one
