its a beautiful mlo, but nobody is going to spend $250 on it, most huge mlos from other sellers which i wont mention cause i dont want to advertise them on this guy's channel are priced inbetween 10-50$, $100 when its the liberty city map or something, but most definetely nobody is going to spend almost 300 on a model which is barely the size of maze bank with not so good shadows

Yeah everything works together, except for a single collisions thats not disabled and blocks you from exiting the tunnel to go to the mannsion
