Lmaoooo agreed it sounded hella white but he sound great too😂 and I appreciate the man for putting in the effort to learn the language and culture that well!!
Coming from a Latino, mad respect bro! I can't even learn guitar and this guy is over here playing amazingly AND singing in a foreign language. Awesome!
My mom died when I was 6 An one of my profound memories was me wanting her to play desperado over and over because of the opening song!! I learned to play the guitar because of that movie but NEVER learned that song which was my dream! So respects to you for making this, now I can learn it 😭💪🏼💕
Sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing your story about this song. Good luck on learning this song, let me know if I can help any further while you are learning it!
I just started playing the guitar..I know absolutely nothing about playing the guitar but this is my favorite song I have a long way to go before I can attempt this but it was amazing to watch and gives me hope that one day I could play this song for my family.. bravo sir and grate pronunciation❤
Definitely the best guide on the web to be able to play "cancion del mariachi" on the guitar. It´s even suitable for beginners. My respect for that and many thanks to MT Guitar. Channel is of course subscribed.
.....ha!!! He's not a gringo.... he's Canadian.....play that spicy Spanish mariachi.... Exciting...dance song...I can hear the Spanish flamenco stomping dance....it's ART.
Best one so far. Only thing I miss is some nice chord graphics instad of that TAB. Much easier to play solos over chords imho, cuz you just offset a finger or two, and then let the right hand do most of the work (think that's why it's called guitar w**king :D)
I know absolutely nothing about playing guitar but I have a classic guitar and I LOVE this song and I wanna learn to play it so bad! You’re a great teacher but it’s still too quick for such a beginner like me 😩
Oh cool, I love classical guitars! Love this song too. Thanks for the kind words, yes it's a bit difficult for a beginner, keep at it with this song and others nice and slow and it'll be playable at some point :)
Hello, thank you for the tabs and tutorial. It's amazing that you are spreading the art. May God bless you. Can you please tell me what is the amp settings ? best regard
Thanks! I do speak Spanish although I am so rusty now and was never as fluent as I’d like to be. I lived in Spain for three months and absolutely loved it and the language!
Awesome tutorial!! Do you think you could try to do one from the sceen where he tries to teach the kid to play?? he says "practice this every day.." I cant find a tutorial on how to play that part.
My first thought when you started singing was, "Now I know what Eric Clapton playing Spanish Guitar sounds like." Great video! Liked, subscribed, and now I want to learn it!
Just subscribed. You nailed this brother thank you so much great lesson and loved it when you started singing in Spanish!! Can I ask which guitar are you playing please? I suspect it's a classical/Spanish guitar with nylon strings is that right? I am looking to purchase a classical guitar without breaking the bank so if you have any thoughts I would be grateful, regards from London UK :)
Thank you so much brother! I am playing a Flamenco guitar, you are correct it is a nylon string guitar. This was actually a Chinese builder but was quite expensive a couple grand. Check out Cordova they have a really nice Spanish style guitars. Thanks again for your support :)
at 4:30 you say to roll the 045 then say to hit the 057 yet in your tabs those are written as if you were to pinch all 3 notes at the same time. My question is did you make a mistake in your terminology?
I forgot to notate a roll on the tab. A roll is nearly instantaneous so all that’s missing is a squiggly line going down next to 045 and 057. Let me know if that makes sense :)
Hey! I loved your tutorial, it was awesome. Can you please please do a tutorial of the song "Candela" by Buena vista social club? I cannot find even one cover of that song and i love it's intro, it's perfect. Please please please do a tutorial, please!!!! Thank you
Thanks a ton! I went to Spain to study flamenco guitar and Spanish for 3 months. I was in Valencia for 6 weeks in a Spanish intensive and then I went to Granada to study flamenco guitar. It was the time of my life! I'm getting very rusty now, though. Do you speak spanish?
hey, thanks for this tutorial. about the muting in the strumming... what i am doing is, loosening up the grip of my left hand to mute and re-grip the chords to bring the sound... is that method also correct? LMK, thanks :) edit: i found it easier to mute with pinkie
What a great tutorial. The pace and method of your explanation is incredible; if I was creating guitar tutorial content, I’d so steal your style of teaching
Tocas la guitarra genial amigo!! 👍 Imagino que conocerás a Paco de Lucía,,,,, si no es así, échale un vistazo te gustara pues era y será x siempre maestro de maestros ! Un genio
Gracias amigo! Si, me encanta Paco de Lucia. Lo vi en la vida real hace diez anos, mas o menos. Era un genio, lo mejor guitarrista en la historia de guitar!
Wow perfect bro good teaching telling us where to out our fingers and play pima and learning new chordes thx mate for teaching us “and something else u better thsn my guittar teacher” do t tell anyone xD
Hey all, enjoy this opening song from the movie Desperado, feel free to leave any comments or questions below, see you next time!
Can you tell me how much strumming on each chord from 14:30. aye aye aye aye part
@@nikolahusar3460 3 beats of each chord, Am, Em, B7, Em. 3 beats equals DUDUDU. So do that for each chord, let me know if that helps!
Thanks for the answer, very helpfull
Gringos killing it🇲🇽🇲🇽!!!!
Haha thanks!

The whitest sounding Mariachi ever. Lol. But it was good. Loved it.
Hahaha yep! Thanks :)

The Spanish was poor but the guitar sounded like an actual mariachi

I see that Van Gogh in his 2nd life decided to go with the mastery of a classical guitar instead of art. Very impressive.

this brings me so much joy!!! i really love that movie and the song and antonio this is a very good video!!!
This is what I am looking for. Tysm

It's so awesome, even when so slowly dissected..
