My favorite book of the year is The Paris Daughter by Kristin Harmel. I have a few of your favorites on my tbr for 2025. My worst was So Thristy as well. She could have done so much more with a vampire book. 🩷
My favorite reading experience this year was ‘The Family Game’ by Catherine Steadman. It had so many elements that I love (a thriller that hooks you from page one; an incredibly wealthy & powerful family; a lot of Christmas vibes; a NYC setting as well as a wealthy country estate setting; and the audiobook was really well done (read by the author herself who is also an accomplished actress). What really made it such a special reading experience was that my Mom & I listened to it together when she was visiting for the holidays. It was just a lot of fun!

Favorite books The Measure by Rachel Erlick and A Gentleman in Moscow. Most disappointing were Mr. Dickens and his carol by Samantha Silva and In a holidaze by Christina Lauren.
I have been sooo uninterested in Ready or Not because of infertility issues personally and I’m always really leery of the accidental pregnancy trope, but now I really want to read it hearing your thoughts!
