Life only stops once, try to separate ‘life’ from situations and circumstances.
They exist at the same time but they are not the same.
Visualise walking, and on one side is a constant line that’s LIFE, the other a line with breaks, and swerves, and lines that crossover and curve away and even disappear having been there for a very long time. That side are our ups and downs, our stressors and our thoughts of why?
What is important is understanding and believing that the struggle isn’t life in full, it’s the other side that needs to be worked on and managed.
The sooner that happens, both sides will run smoothly together and when the line breaks again, you will feel stronger, have more self belief and courage knowing that it’s only temporary when acknowledged and managed.
All the while, even when it’s still tough, you know that soon enough, the lines will be back closer together again, and on reflection, the gift YOU were able to achieve can only strengthen.
Once strong enough, it’s then others could benefit from your understandings and your experiences.
