The original album version from Sting is in English and basically (on the surface at least) is the story of the car thief who gets thrills imagining the lives of the car owners and lives in his imagination vicariously...so in this car he picks up on the affair from the perfume and whatever else...I assume the french is just translating the original I have no idea 😂. I love how sting comes up with such original stories for his music (e.g., the song about the card player, Shape of My Heart).

Hi, I saw you react to MB14 :). But Mylene Farmer is an exceptional artist. Many live performances should blow your mind. Particularly the intro and outro which are very spectacular and moving, but not only that there is so much choice possible in clip or live (58 titles ranked in the French TOP 50, 21 in 1st place including 8 consecutive). She has filled the Stade de France on several occasions (80,000 spectators), loyal fans since her first hits and for 4 decades, she is still on tour currently. Choreography, outfits, musical production, creativity and emotion at all levels. She leaves no one indifferent. A word to the wise :).
