    Very nice video!
I am not an expert in the field so please bare with me if I say something very wrong but I have just started to look into HVAC systems and I think it is a very exciting and important area! 🙂
In the last minutes of the video you mentioned electrically controlled (proportional) valves, but in all honesty I can't see a real benefit given that you have products for:
    A) Keeping the incoming mass-flow to the whole system constant by means of a balancing valve with flowmeter,
    B) Keeping constant flow at the outlet of the load with an Autoflow valve,
    C) Differential valves for keeping a constant delta P between the inlet and the outlet of each load.
The utilization of electrically controlled (proportional) valves would require the design/realization/industrialization of a control system that include harness, sensors and a control unit plus the development of a control strategy to orchestrate the whole system and this is, in my opinion, the trickiest part unless if you don't want to spend lots of money for designing some MPC strategies with all the associated aftermarket cost for it (*). ;-)
What you gain in taking the electrification route? The only benefit I could see is to try to control the delta T as well... but this last statement may be a no-sense/very unfeasible.
It would be also interesting to have a "guesstimate" of the ROI if one choose the electrification path, though.
Anyway, congrats again for the video series!
(*) Note that MPC is ONE classic control technique over MANY others which are possibly way simpler that may apply here, I worked on a very similar problem in the past and it was NOT necessary to rely on any MPC-like strategies :) )

The electronically controlled Pressure independent control valves have there place in larger commercial systems. They are no economical for a residential system. Yes, they require special controls, additional wiring and labor. They make large systems more efficient with their ever changing flow conditions.

Amazing just wish he would have ramped the pump across the manual balancing valves
