does the bottom bracket not have a centre sleeve/tube. there could be a high chance of the chain set axle wearing through the Di2 wire. Campagnolo bottom brackets use to be supplied without one, but know they do supply a sleeve because of issues of the axle wearing through the wire
Was is your take on 30mm and wider tires? I recently downsized to 28 because while the 30 and 32 were more comfortable, they were also harder for me to maintain speed, accelerate and climb.
I m on 28 on most of my bikes. Mainly because the outer diameter of most wheels is around 28 or 29 so i think aerodynamically 28 works best there. But I ordered some 30s and will try them to see if i notice any difference.
Did you remember to set up the front derailleur support screw? Easily forgotten. Asking because I wonder if you'd use the little stick-on metal part that comes with the front mech to avoid scratching the frame, or perhaps the frame already has a flat area for the screw to rest on.
@@klein-concept I asked because I initially forgot it too, and on my nice steel frame it noticeably improved the shifting. 51:30 Please DO NOT use copper paste with aluminium or titanium parts. Over time this will cause contact corrosion between those parts. Copper paste will probably accelerate the corrosion between aluminium and titanium. Copper paste is only suitable for iron on iron or high temperature environments. There are a lot of different anti seize pastes without copper, suitable for aluminium. I don’t even know why they still market this stuff for modern bikes… If you want to learn more about this topic, search for „electrochemical series“. The bigger the electrochemical difference between the used materials, the bigger the likelihood of corrosion between these parts in harsh conditions an over time. I hope this helps

That frame is SO NICE! But I gotta say, modern bikes are kinda whack. You “slammed” that stem but it still had like 30mm of compulsory spacers. It just doesn’t hit the same... super nice otherwise.
That’s a great point. It changes the effective geometry of these bikes when comparing them on charts. Nothing wrong with them but the stack can be assumed to be 2cm higher than listed if you plan to run it slammed.
1:30 what do you mean no money involved? You got it for free and you don’t have to return it. You get money from views, ad sense and whatever you manage to get from selling this bike. There is money involved. Just indirectly.
@@ariffau interesting comment but let me explain. First of all it would be hard to make a review without getting the product to make the review on. And second sure you can always sell whatever you re reviewing but in the end except if you re reviewing maybe cars and would get a free car (which i guess doesnt happen) the value of the product would never cover the actual production cost. Like this video took 3 full days to film, 3 more days to edit and there is still a review coming. Value wise that will be WAY above the value of the frame itself. Thank you. These are the CRW CS4045. There is an unboxing video on my channel as well. Super dope wheels. Can recommend them so far. 🤜🤛

I don’t even know why they still market this stuff for modern bikes…
If you want to learn more about this topic, search for „electrochemical series“. The bigger the electrochemical difference between the used materials, the bigger the likelihood of corrosion between these parts in harsh conditions an over time. I hope this helps
Thanks a lot. I will have a look at this. Weird they advertise it as titanium grease. 🤜🤛
Who needs a 15k carbon bike when you can have this? I would really like to see the industry moving to 3D printed titanium.
So true. Would be a great more sustainable movement 🫶
what's the weight of this frame?
Around 1.8kg 🤜🤛
Whats the running total of this build?
Didnt put all the details together but roughly 10k euro 🫣
@@klein-concept wow 💸
Not cheap 😂
I know. Luckily i only had to cover parts of it myself and even that was a bit of a stretch but this might be my forever bike. At least at the moment it s hard to imagine anything that would come even close to it. So i think it maybe was worth it 🫣
Watly titanium are doing a very similar looking frame also Ti, anyone experience with that?
@@darrenduerden i didnt try it yet. Would love to compare them side by side.

Right. This technology is getting more accessible to a lot of manufacturers now. Lets see what innovative designs and prices will come from this.
Damn... its disc though.
I know but it rides so well. And even with disc it is really light 🤜🤛

No question it is nice, but many prefer the traditional look of welded metal frame. It looks too much like a painted carbon frame.
Agreed it s all a matter of taste. I love the look of a modern aero hinted frame but prefer steel or titanium. This gives me both 🫶
White stuff looks like sealant to me
Wasnt aware there is sealant for threads 🫣

Bro, really! After 1:17:28 hrs you didn't gave us (the audience) the opportunity to see the whole bike assembled? At least 1 min to look at it and enjoy it. 🤦🏼♂️
I already gave you the full roundtrip around the build in the very first minutes of the video. But you re right. Next time. To make up for this i will add some extra beauty shots in the review video 🫶
AnTi Dream, lol
How? Why? Let me know 🫶
Well, the text on the video thumbnail automatically reads like AnTi Dream because Ti is not a common word an brain reads "A Ti DREAM" as "AnTi DREAM".
I'm sure your bike is amazing, thought.
It's just funny thumbnail. I thought it was intensional and kinda viral.

@@klein-concept yes yes yes
next time please use a mechanical groupset. campagnolo super record for example. eletric systems are a liability to have on the long run. end game bike should be mechanical, also rim brakes only.
While in theory I agree. I think this frame is electronic groupset only. Will be working on an epic mechanical rim setup soon 🤜🤛
@@klein-concept electric groupset is here with us only because of the bigger profit margin of the bike companies. other than that, they are overrated and adds too much complexity to a simple ride.
come on, you didn't weight the frame and show no detail of the frame
@@nuttynut722 sorry 🫣 the frame is around 1800g. I promise there will be more detailed shots in the review video 🤜🤛
That frame is SO NICE! But I gotta say, modern bikes are kinda whack. You “slammed” that stem but it still had like 30mm of compulsory spacers. It just doesn’t hit the same... super nice otherwise.
The lowest you can achieve the stem to be is with Dedas DCR 56mm top cap. Best to be used with an Alanera but $$$.
Also that proprietary adapter from Avian is adding some extra space. So there would be other possibilities to get it even lower 🫶
Good idea. Will have a look at that one but guess it is not as light as the Avian Canary one 🤜🤛
That’s a great point. It changes the effective geometry of these bikes when comparing them on charts. Nothing wrong with them but the stack can be assumed to be 2cm higher than listed if you plan to run it slammed.
That is true.
But yes what I ment was that there has not been any money involved. In terms of the regular common forms like cash, wire transfers or maybe these days any kind of crypto payments. Hope that makes sense.
Don't trust this parktool scale, it always read low.
What other scale is there to trust? I got this as it seemed the industry standard. Happy for other suggestions 🫶
Nonsense, parktool scales work perfectly. Maybe you should calibrate them if yours are off
