Sadly the metal plaque on the stone plinth commentating the Silver Jubilee of the Halifax Civic Trust that appears at 34 mins and 13 seconds which had just been cleaned was sadly stolen shortly after this footage was taken. If anyone can help locate the metal plaque and stone top please let me know.
