Dear colleagues, Panafricanists, can you tell me what is wrong with Rwanda and Kagame. It has been decades that I read and hear news about high level summits to resolve conflicts between Rwanda and her neighbors.
1. Between 1996-2012: it was Rwanda and DRC
2. 2013-2014: It was Rwanda and Tanzania, you remember that Tanzania expelled nearly 10,000 Rwandans who were living in Tanzania to avert a rebellion that Rwanda was creating to destabilize Tanzania
3. From 2015: It was Rwanda and Burundi as Rwanda had organized coup d'etat against the then President of Burundi. The rebellion that resulted in that is said to be supported by Rwanda and is still fighting against Burundi
4. From 2018 to 2022: It was between Uganda and Rwanda because Rwanda was trying to destabilize Uganda. You can't count how many summits were organized to resolve that. Borders were closed
5. 2024: Burundi and Rwanda: I think the borders between Rwanda and Burundi are still closed
6. 2021 to now: Rwanda is supporting a rebellion that captures a territory 2 times bigger than Rwanda, thousands of deaths, millions of displaced persons and refugees, minerals stolen, etc.
7. Rwanda supported the overthrow of President François Bozize of Central Africa Republic and the current CAR is guarded by Rwandan soldiers.
If all Africans do not stand up and stop Rwanda and Kagame, the whole Africa risks to be destabilized as Rwanda keep gaining financial means from destabilizing others.
8. Rwanda army is now in Mozambique, don't think Rwandan soldiers are ONLY doing what they are supposed to do in Mozambique.
Rwandan army should be expelled from all African countries as it is happening to French soldiers.
