    Has it occured to you that you will be more successful positioning this as a place to live rather than a land speculation opportunity.

    I have a question about 2 estates you advertised about 2 years (Urban base bogije & Opulence in Lakowe) we haven’t heard anything about this 2 estates since 2 years and will like to ask why people should believe in you n the estates you sell

    • @LandsandHousesTV
      @LandsandHousesTV  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The real estate company in charge experienced some issues with the families that sold the land for the Urban Base and Opulence developments to them.
      What they did was to immediately relocate investors to other estates as soon as they noticed the problem.
      Some of these disputes come up in the Lagos real estate space, the main thing is that they are handled properly just as they were in the case of Urban Base and Opulence.
      Thank you.

    Nothing in life stays the same . But the down side to all the fast development in epe is that so much history is being lost .with all the developments that are . And will take place . So much of the lovely places will be lost . It should be recorded before it destroyed and the elderly that have lived there all their life could help make this happen . Please take caution and don’t just build build build . I love epe don’t rip the hart out of this beautiful place .

    • @LandsandHousesTV
      @LandsandHousesTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some of these places are being reserved for tourism and the likes.
      Hopefully, a lot of them would be preserved.
      Development is a good thing.

      I hope you'd be able to say that again in a few years. Besides, Edmonton was once undeveloped and it is developments like the ones we are contributing that made it look like what it is, and made it attractive to you.
      That said, I would want to iterate that Epe is one of the fastest developing areas in Lagos State.
      Thank you.

      @@LandsandHousesTV City of waterloo is only 250k people their train is already running. City of Kitchener is 200k, train is running, city of edmonton train was built in 1978 when the population was only 200k.
