Considering Riley was only a teenager and had memories that expanded 30-50+ years, it would seem as if Pixar was showing us not the inside of Riley's mind, but all of us who have watched these since childhood and now we are adults, having children for ourselves who may be going through this kind of change in their lives. If that's the case, I'm really starting to feel old then, but this seems to be a great nod to a multitude of generations. Such great memories, thank you Pixar!

For those who don't know, A113 refers to a classroom number at the California Institute of Arts. It was the classroom for first year graphic design and character animation, where many of the animators at Pixar and Disney, and several other studios, discovered and mastered their craft. If you look hard enough at mainly the background, you may see this "code" in every pixar and disney movie.
It was also shown in the movie wall-e when auto scanned Eva it blinked a113 on its eye

you...you do realize pixar has a set of objects that appear in all of their movies and that they reference theyr other movies right? like you can spot wall-E in toy story 2 despite his movie not coming out till several years later. infact theres even a fan theory about all the pixar movies being set in the same world.

The reason that there's so many toy story and up ones is because Carl and Ellie are the adoptive parents of Riley's mom and Andys mom and Andy and Riley are cousins
Actually, I thinks it makes more sense that Riley's mom and Andy's mom are the daughters of Ellie's younger sister (seen at her wedding)Emma Jean. That explains why Riley has seen pictures of her great aunt and uncle, their wedding and their house.

I figured it out!!! Andy's Globe was given to Bonnie who then donated to her former School when she moved up to middle or high school. Andy will be ending College soon so that might mean he'll have kids who will go to Sunnyside dare care and play with the toys Bonnie donated
