That's standard corporate culture, also, they are not giving him 15m, more like 5 (this a lot) and extra 10 if you make company extremely profitable. while performance based stipulations might sound reasonable when you think about larger picture it normally means going super lean (pay cuts and lay offs) and nickel and diming the consumers (more predatory business practices). It's not Activision Blizzard specific problem but general thing. It is very rare that company would restructure itself in a more consumer friendly way. More often than not, they break up , the most profitable parts are gobbled up by some other company, rebranded to remove all associated negatives and to gain more good will. Oh well.

Publishers, big publishers, seem to become more and more like state-run companies. Their work quality plummets, while managements pays themselves obscene bonuses and instead of improving quality, simply stuffs more and more moneygrabbing into games to meet financial expectations, while quality continuously degrade.
That is exactly right, they are being requested to open up their financial records to determine if any1 actually perpetrated fraud, it actually makes sense whether or not any1 actually did, even if they did it may be difficult to prove due to the fact that EA and Activision both have been shareholders/shares and market value for a while now (but so has a lot of the global market this past year).
