Thanks for this review. I'm curious if you know whether I would be able to loop a video through the control settings? The video would play from a thumb drive.
As someone working on and off to offshore and ships, projector is something most of us pack in our luggage Laptop is too small, monitor is just too big
Tough one. A $400 CAD ($300usd) tv might be kinda Rough unless it’s used. If you want a BIG tv primarily for gaming or an item that is great for multiple localities, travel, or as a student absolutely. If you have a dedicated gaming area that can fit a tv, I’d still just get a tv and consider this as a secondary I picture this as being amazing for travel, get together, and retro gaming. Mine will be hooked up to either my laptop or old consoles as using a 4K tv sucks for these. I would have loved this as a student as it would be super flexible.
I haven’t tested that unit, however a look at Amazon seems to give the freestyle pretty bad reviews. I would check out something from these guys, either this model, or the pro model. They are extremely well reviewed, and I can attest to the quality.
Still happy with it? I'm looking at the Mogo 2 Pro here in Australia. Lumen output worries me a little - but our options are limited. I'm after 1080p, portable with no battery (i don't trust longevity of inbuilt!) and preferably USB-C PD It's mostly for using in bedroom projecting music visuals on the wall or watching movies in bed on the roof, moving into lounge room occasionally Mogo 2 Pro seems to tick those boxes and I guess without going a larger fixed projector (I don't have the space) I'm kinda limited to lower brightness.. which I am okay with assuming I just watch it at night or close blinds and turn off lights in the daytime I considered JMGO N1 with a USB-C to DC adapter but it's expensive to buy from Amazon US and extra adapter is a little annoying
@@jeroenkolk8661 lol oops i misread that. not sure about the rated value, its harder with a projector vs a TV. But its overall quite good compared to other projectors. The ones from XGIMI i saw at CES were particularly impressive.
I bought this with £269 from Amazon and it is amazing!
Great price. It’s a super nice projector
It’s ideal for 60” as it’s quite bright, beyond its just acceptable.
Dose it support 1080p with amzone fire TV stick 4k max

Ohhhh that’s a good one too. My grandpa worked ships back in the day, imagine how much he would have loved this tech
Hi. Great review! How did you connect your Wii, please?
That looks really premium . We are looking for something for an outside use in the yard
XGIMI makes great stuff
Glad to know that Jesse Eisenberg does tech reviews!
I don’t have the luxurious curly hair tho
I’m between this model and the Nebula Mars Pro 2 ??
What’s the video you used to test the color?
I was undecided, but when you pulled out AC6 i had no doubts anymore. THANKS
Key issues with most of the projectors is daylight how about this lumen brightness etc
Hi, how to wirelessly connect it to Windows PC?
Is 720p a big deal?
Amazing!
Edit: would you pick it over a similarly priced tv?

No, it's excellent but not TV replacement.
Why does the video begin mid sentence?
to keep 'em guessin'
was the ps5 able to run 120fps on the xgimi?
Does the non-pro version also have a game-mode for low latency?
Warranty??
This looks good but any projector means no day light viewing
Should i go for this of freestyle? Is it the freestyle worth £250+? What's your opinion?

hello, hows the input delay on it?
is it manageable?
Its only 720p but its very bright, extremely loud good quality audio. It beats many more expensive.
Yeah they make superb stuff. This is a case of you get what you pay for
1080

Very noticeable rainbow effect during starfield gameplay 😕
what is the contrast ratio?
16:9
@TechGuyBeau, 16:9 is not the contrast ratio. it is the aspect ratio

pretty unreal to call yourself a tech guy and not know the name of a tripod mount "1/4 20" and the name of a full size usb port "type A"
Get a life you dork. 😂
