Land thaan ivlo perusa irukku la. 3.5 cents la super ah same 3 bhk katti, meethi land la semaya maram chedi ellam iruntha evlo azhaga irukkum. Why no importance given to gardening by any builder even when he land is big .

Yes, it's money. They can construct the same in the first floor. It might cost almost the same . Save some land, plant few plants. Breathe fresh air. ... In a land tht we own, same 5.5 cent land. 2 portions with 2 bhk. We have 6 coconut trees, murungai, Seetha, goyya, maathulai 2 each, 25 papaya trees. Chilly vendakkai and tomato . All in just spare land. That too in Chennai .

Bro Maadi thottam veikalam. Maadi paarunga 2000 sqft periya Edam irukku periya thottam veikalam. Keela piricha only half portion than veikka mudium. Ethavathu function na maadila tent pottu vecha oru oore ukkanthu sapdalam periya terrace bro.
