Madam pls clarify, i competed JAIIB IN CLERK in 2021 , Bank give PQP AND GDP THAT TIME because in clerk my payment is reached more than stagnation and i got promoted to scale 1 in 2023 now Canara bank cancel my PQP and GDP IN salary. Is it correct that PQP and GDP will be canceled in scale 1 telling that now your salaray is not on stagnation.
I have cleared my JAIIB and CAIIB exams in the year 2013.Previously i was working as a clerk in a cooperative bank and i had received the additional increments for passing the JAIIB and CAIIB exams. Subsequently i changed my employer and now i work in another cooperative bank as a junior executive currently on probation period. As per the service rules of the current bank, the employee is eligible for additional increments for passing JAIIB and CAIIB exams only after joining the services of the bank. Since I have passed the exams before joining the current bank, they are denying me the benefit of the additional increments. I tried asking them but they are saying that as per the service rules I am not entitled to receive the said benefits. Kindly guide me in this matter.
My basic is 45930 and I get annual increment in May. After increment my basic income became 47920 in 2022. Whereas in March I cleared CAIIB. I got caaib increment in March but they deducted my annual increament. Therefore I wanted to ask that will I get the deducted annual increment and second increment of CAIIB ?? Please respond.
If ur qualifying date is Mar 23 then u will get an additional stagnation increment in Mar 23 and next stagnation will be awarded from May 24(02 years from previous normal stagnation increment)
Ur increment period will be reduced by 01 year for jaiib plus 01 additional increment for caiib. U will get ur additional stagnation from mar 22 and next one in sep 22. Thereafter every 02 years
PQP is not substitute of increment. It will be in addition to increment. After stagnation, if anybody passes jaiib/caiib, his stagnation period will be reduced by one year or two year as the case may be

If someone takes promotion from scale-2 to scale -3 after enjoying first stagnation, where will he get fitment on fitment chart of scale-3.

U cleared ur CAIIB in Mar 22 or 23??

I got normal stagnation increment in sep 21. I passed JAIIB in Nov 21 and CAIIB in Mar 22. When I get increment for Jaiib and caiib.
Ur increment period will be reduced by 01 year for jaiib plus 01 additional increment for caiib. U will get ur additional stagnation from mar 22 and next one in sep 22. Thereafter every 02 years
