You got good distance in the slide for someone who just learned it! I've been able to do like a nose-tap for a long time but never learned how to truly noseslide. Maybe I'll try learning sometime soon, that's good advice about putting all your weight on the front foot. I think I don't commit enough weight into that foot so I'll try that next time.
Great video. This is a trick that I would like to learn at some point this year. It was on my list of this to learn this year on the video I made at the start of the year.
I can already do Nose Stalls and also get into them with a FS 180, if my board is standing parallel to the ledge. But when I try Nose Slides while moving faster I'm too scared to commit and just get my front foot on the ledge and leave my back foot on the ground. I think I will try the Nose stall from a slightly angle to learn the slappy noseslide. Maybe this tip will help.
Hi Jovan, one question, I am not sure why I always got pivot (No slide) on the curb when I try to slam on the curb and then fakie off the curb very quick....so there is no slide....is tht because not enough weigh on front foot? Should I lean forward more?
Hey is it bad if i got shuvs ollies and pop shuvs, and just go right into a slappy noselide or slappy board. I really wanna learn them for my first slides/grinds
DO NOT WAX A CURB OR BOTTOM STAIR IN A HIGH TRAFFIC residential area. this can injure nearby residents and make them hate local skaters. source: young me

Truth, better to wax curbs that people don't walk on like planters in parking lots
