Whilst I think Eddies vocals are insane, the last few tracks haven't had any soaring vocals in my opinion. Many times I feel the track is building up to some and then I get let down with non powerful head voice/falsetto singing.

Next week I'm going on a 16 hour round trip to see them again. Because they're incredible. And even more so live. The energy is incredible. Am I the only one that feels like this song is the perfect depiction of the sea? Moments of soothing calmness where the salty water of the endless seas sitting almost completely still, followed by a sudden and violent change of an incoming storm. Personally I like to imagine that at 4:10 the water on a beach gently retereats leaving the sand completely dry and at 4:32 I envision the biggest tsunami rising in the distance destroying everything in its path.
After every new song, I find myself thinking, 'Okay, this is their best one yet,' and then they release a new single, and the cycle repeats. They're incredible. How do they consistently write such masterpieces and exceed their own standards every time? In love with them! From Armenia, with love!

This song is so addictive. Harald's piano, into the heavy and brutal drums/guitar, then in comes that beautifully crafted violin track and Eddies clean vocals. All building into a brutal and soft, emotional masterpiece. This song is everything Imminence are. Continuum and The Black just feel like the absolute pinnacle. Congratulations Imminence, this album is just. Perfect.

After listening to The Black for the first time, I knew it would be the closing track. The way how the logo evolved with each song is another great concept. Everything is coherent, complete and so beautiful.🥹
Imminence is better than modern Architects, that's for sure; but never like true ARCHITECTS (pre For Those That Wish to Exist). Tom's lyrics and Sam's vocals are unmatched.

Even Imminence ballads are really intense, hard and full of screams. I have no doubt that this album is really going to be their best one, they really managed to fit their hardest side with their softer one on a perfect and precious way.

Like when I was a teenager and had “Wonder what’s Next” in my CD player on repeat and Chevelle was releasing singles from their new “This type of thinking(could do us in)” That’s a huge compliment coming from me… Imminence, is creating songs that are both Hard Metal and still Beautiful.
