- An urban contemporary re-telling of “It’s a Wonderful Life," R&B superstar Andre Stephens (Deitrick Haddon) is on top of the world. He has success, fame, and fortune but spiritually he has lost his way. However, his perfect world is shattered when his entourage is brutally attacked, leaving Andre and his best friend Chris Johnson (Robert Ri’chard) clinging to life. It’s amazing how God has a way to bring us back to reality just when we think we know what’s best, but I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for loving us and dying on the cross for our sins. Some people don’t get a second chance, but I did I wasn’t anywhere like him but I wasn’t living for Christ like I knew I was supposed to do. But last year on my 50th birthday I stopped breathing and my kidneys failed, I was on my way out and Jesus stepped in and said not so. So now I’m doing everything in my power by the power of God to live for him, walk the way he wants me to walk. I totally surrender myself to the Lord. Please give your life to Christ he loves us so much and the world is corrupt and full of sin, don’t wait until tomorrow confess your sins accept Jesus as your Lord and savior, bless you.
Thank-you for sharing your testimony. Many people need to hear/read it & hopefully they will change their way to live for Christ.
I personally gave my life to Christ in 1976(12y.o.), during a Summer Youth Revival. And have wanted to always please Him. I'm not going to say I always did everything perfect, because that would be a lie. I made the mistake of falling for Men's Lies/Tricks/Mess & had children without being married. I realized that when I asked God to forgive me for that---He did! I also received Water Baptism & been filled with The Holy Ghost/Spirit.

This movie is still one of my faves along with Blessed and Cursed. I met Deitrick Haddon in 2012 and still remember the movie tour, premiere, and his meet/greet, concert at a local church in ATL. The message still speaks volumes.
The Lord is my shepherd he will see you through anything he loves you so much and he will be there anywhere God loves you and Jesus Christ died on the cross for us and he is the king in heaven looking down on you I like he Usain and everytime I listen it you're saying it make me think about my grandmother my grandmother and my father when they was living God loves you so much and to you and your family may God bless you always 🙏🎚️🙏
D Haddy produces the most awesome movies! His music respresents his uniqueness to honor CHRIST in true worship! It is always imperative messages in his movies and music! Everytime I watch his films and listen to his songs, I always know that to worship in my relationship with JESUS CHRIST is a continual growth of truth and obedience! I am watching this movie while in lockdown due convid-19 in England the story line was good and the visual effects that was implemented in the film was different and complemented the film. When someone seems to loose their way slightly, just entering the church will provide you with spiritual guidance and can pull you back when required, trust in the Lord.
This movie is so amazing this movie came out when I was 4 years old now I'm 14 it's been 10 years wow it's still amazing!!!!! Love you Deitrick❤️❤️❤️❤️

When he said cut the music in the beginning I'm like what music lol but now I've come to the end and I can't stop crying 😭 😢😢 God is still in control that part hit heavy at my heart. This movie shows how one can lose themselves due to the world and flesh being weak. We shouldn't go a day without talking to our father.

This is so inspiring to the soul. Deitrick had to gain faith from losing his friend, to also a death situation. He was given a second chance to turn his life around for Gods glory. This movie demonstrates God gives us a free will, a second chance, and a opportunity to turn things around from the past to a godly lifestyle. Beautiful movie.

Such a refreshing movie, and yes, sometimes we can harden our hearts from hurts in the journey of life and in turn hurt others, but God gives us chances to make it right, praise God! I just want to take time to thank Yah God for causing me to come across this movie. It helped me see that Mr. Haddon differently after all these year.. It shows me that God showed him his poor attitude at some point since I came across him years ago, and believe he accepted and repented shown by God holy spirit. When I worked as a radio announcer. I wanted to take a picture with him at the Stellar Awards show to place on our wall at the radio station, but Mr. Haddon snapped at me and said "don't you see me talking!" I walked away hurt and shocked and never could receive from him (music nor preacher)until now. Praises to the most High Holy God for your love, grace and forgiveness.
