Hi my friend. Im a Nurse main so I can help you. Timing is problem for Nurse. For second blink, you have to wait her fatigue's end. And it is limited time. If you charge it correctly, you may take second blink as long as she gives at all. You need more more more practice to get used to use blink power button. Trust me it is painful but then enjoyable ,)
And Nurse needs easy and rapidly controller settings. U should set this for you by best conditions. Your hand and fingers would not fit to streamers settings.

Two perks: infectious fright and lethal pursuer.
lethal pursuer allows me to find them quickly, infectious means I can snowball and create pressure
