- Been telling folk that things are about to get worse (“because I found you” as the song by D:Ream didn’t go)? Did you spend it rolling up your shirt sleeves and getting down to business?
Sir Keir Starmer and the UK’s Labour party campaigned on a one-word slogan: change. How has its first 100 days in government gone? Professor Danny Dorling takes a closer look in a talk for My Jericho.
This is an audio-only recording of a 15-minute talk, followed by a Q&A, held at St Barnabas Church, Jericho, Oxford on 17 October (sound levels are variable). Professor Dorling was introduced by My Jericho host John Mair, whose concluding remarks can be heard at the end of this recording.

Other views on the UK's new government referred to in this talk:
In LabourHub: Mike Phipps' largely negative view: “The rocky start to Keir Starmer’s Government is no accident given who is running it”.

On X: Sebastian Salek’s more positive view: "Labour introduced more bills in its first 100 days than the Tories did in the whole of 2010".
