I just moved to a place along this rail. Pretty epic watching them go by especially at night. They're not as loud as the semi trucks that would pass my old place.

Coaster World They run a smidge faster than this. On the Haverhill Line the MBTA hits 60 MPH, but on other T routes, the T hits 79-80 MPH.

That title bar is referring to the cab car with 1050 (which had 1815), and the second train that came after it in the next clip which has #1134 leading. I can see why you thought that was confusing.

It’s a Stop and Proceed Signal. They treat these non-interlocking signals as Stop signs that they don’t need permission from the Dispatcher.

AllertorBoy You're right, it was a yellow over red signal. The Downeaster was on the heels of the MBTA train, and they passed this signal at 30 MPH or slower to be prepared to stop at the next signal, which would be red.
