I liked *Uncanny X-Men* where he tried to stay in control because he wanted to protect Monet, who pushes him away for it. The inversion started to wear off in Uncanny X-Men. Sabretooth is hunting a dinosaur, and just before killing it, he tries to pull himself back, but can't. It was theorized that his inversion started to wear off because he was letting Monet feed on him after she became a vampire. A lot was planned for Inverted Sabretooth. When Cullen Bunn was writing him in Uncanny X-Men, he said Sabretooth's story would be a very long one, filled with tragedy and even some romance. Bunn said he wasn't in a hurry to make Sabretooth evil again. But his series got cancelled with the ResurrXion relaunch. Now Creed is in Greg Pak's Weapon X, and he's being written as evil again.

Like a predator playing with food, but rather than eat, he just loves picking at the wounds of Logan’s already tragic life.
This guy had several limited series including a classics line of reprints in the 90s but hes never had a full ongoing series. Because unlike Wolverine or other villians turned anti heros. Sabertooth does not want to become even an anti hero. He likes being vile, disgusting, wild, and nearly feral. Frankly thats what i and a lot of fans love about the guy and dont want it to wver change.
I felt when they did the X-Men movies they changed the characters around they changed the story of sabertooth he can't be killed and I also remember reading in the comics that sabertooth and wolverine are brothers and Victor knows this and wolverines mind being earased from weapon X Logan forgot everything from his past!!!! Chris Claremont said he wanted an unredeemable villain and he chose to shape sabertooth in that way. He’s a little different now but for a time he was wolverines dark past and an annual birthday ass beating. He since turning to more of a antihero had gone as far as taking the blame for Deadpool’s murdered parents so Deadpool wouldn’t feel the weight of doing it himself. Sabertooth is the shit
Wow I'm blown away. The content of this video was very simply put, made easy to understand, and still well spoken. Good visual aids for comic book noobs like me. Hell I haven't even seen the movies. Just X-Men 1 and Logan. But I was mostly curious about how Logan and Sabre Tooth met and became enemies. I'm assuming they met through weapon X, and they had a natural distaste for each other. I'm planning on watching the movies soon, so hopefully I'll have a grasp on the backstory of their rivalry after watching
