We was excited when we got ours in Christmas 2022 we made sure we made the most of all the vouchers in the welcome pack too & we have had loads of the Refit cups (although we didn’t get a pop badge 🤔) we was hoping to get a new welcome pack for this year too but I contacted them & because we pay monthly ours is classed as a ongoing pass & we have to cancel them & re do them to get the welcome pack again 😮🙄 Hope your all keeping well, probably bump into you at Alton Towers soon 😜xx

We have had absolutely no problem booking our tickets, not once have we been told sold out and that’s booking busier days. We definitely recommend the platinum pass as it’s amazing value for money. We do try and book ahead of time to make sure but still book spontaneously. The RAP pass has had booking issues but that’s for people with disabilities

Because normally I only book like a week in advance. 2) when you book the tickets, can you save them to your account on the apps like the at and tp app like normal tickets? I can’t remember the tickets in my normal photos for the life of me.
@ I usually book once iv made a decision, sometimes that can be the day before or a week before, all depends on what’s happening. For events like fireworks it’s always best pre booking, our firework tickets have been booked for months because we are excited 😂 With a Merlin pass you have access to the members portal which saves all your tickets and displays all your bookings in order. Tickets can also be emailed to you which helps. I always screenshot friend and family tickets just in case I can’t get signal when we arrive so im able to show a picture

I also pay monthly and to be honest they should just send you new welcome packs each year I think, you are already paying enough

Im thinking about getting a Merlin Pass but I hear the new booking system makes it hard to get tickets saying "sold out that day". What your feeling?
