I like that you are changing up the whip topping to chocolate and also the sweetened condensed milk. Great variation. That topping would be good on brownies or white cake also - just had that thought.

You know what’s even better is using milk chocolate toffee bits. And I use a jar of caramel ice cream topping instead of drizzling caramel along with sweetened condensed milk.

Uugghh sweetened condensed milk is way too sweet. I use pudding.
