Sir g mene jamin ka agrim t kiya tha registry dusre aadme se milkar use kara thi, ab kourt mebechne wala appear nahi huwa , mere hak me dicree with cost with two month me mere pax me tfr deed kare, celler ne uper cort me appil kardi parntu stay nahi Mela ,order same aaya , 2016,2022,2023 me high court me appil dismiss and SC me 2024 me dismiss kardi mene 2023 may month me execution dala ,ab celler bolta hai ki decree holder ne with in two month cost jama nahi kiya ab mene kaya karna pls tell me

Madam, 2bhai ne zameen kharida(2separate deeds,saab ekta documents hai)ek bhai us paar reh rha hai aur 2sra bhai dusri jaga pe(out of district )reh rha tha(till death) bt aana jna tha uss Jamin Paar unka mummy(brothers ki mummy)ek brother k saath rehti thi 2014 mei expire hua(brothers ka mummy)...uske baad ek bhai 2017 mei expire ho gya...phir Jo us zameen mei reh rha tha usne adverse possession ka case kr dia...kya wo bhai adverse possession ka Sahara leker Jeet sakte hai?

As per latest judgement of Supreme court, sending notice to the parties is not mandatory, lower court can proceed without notice step.
