What I struggle with is knowing how far I should proceed into the case. It blows my mind to not know if from the office visit and after making the diagnosis of cancer we then have to know to admit the patient and order everything for them including the surgery. I may overcomplicate things and think “ do I also need to order renal biopsy?” Do I need to discontinue IV access and fluids before they leave? So many things to consider ugh
