I would have loved to come help you plant your wheat. I am in middle Ga only a couple hours away. I could have ran that 44 or the 89 in the ground as having a lot of history on both. All I need is a place to sleep for a few days and something to eat. Great Plains drill is a breeze as I owned one for a few years. All you gotta do is ask. Don't want to be on camera just want to help...
For those that don't know, farming is a can to can't work day. Not a 9:00 to 5:00. Similar to my hours as an industrial parts salesman. My phone can ring anytime day or night with customers needing parts. Patrick, thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us. Keep up the great videos.
That John Deere sounded good when you started here up! Reminds me of my childhood! Great sunset also!

Just watched the older video of the grey obs, is that thing still around? If so how’s the door? 😂.
@@Notbendover sitting in my yard. Door is stuck shut. Had multiple people unsuccessfully try to open it.
@ that’s sucks, not gonna lie it’s probably tack welded shut and the dude just painted over it or something which is why it needs to ”stay a while”. 🫠

You think the 4960 could handle a bigger disk?
@@johngreer8101 it might could pull one a little bigger. The Krause is a 24’. The next common size around here is 32.’ They are to big for it.
@@PatrickShiversI thought it was a 28 foot. I think it would handle a 32. Maybe not real deep though
