This is not Tencent, this is Krafton, which is South Korean publisher.
The reason mainly from device, in pc you can control the motion or skill with keyboard and mouse and with that the monitor can maximize its function in first person. On the other hand, the controls in mobile make u to use swiping or touch button on its screen that if u use first person view can limited the area vision.
