When I step on a dead creature (which I do often 🤔🤔on accident ) and my heart starts beating faster and I instantly start breathing insanely quick and I start jumping up and down and laughing loud and uncontrollably/uncomfortabley even tho there’s nothing wrong with me... did I just have a panic attack 🤔🤔

I literally am triggered bc I live in NY and this is reminding me of when tourists I talk to in bars or whatever say, "We got to try the NY pizza" and I ask where they went and they say "SABARROS". I've met more than one Austrailian who's said "Sabarros" for some reason (for non-americans... that's not "NY pizza" ...that's a fast food pizza chain all over the country.... like one step closer to real pizza than Dominos lol... "NY pizza" or "Chinese food", when in the USA, at least, refers to a small, privately owned place, typically owned by a person from that country, or a 1st gener. Usually w mostly people from that country working there too. At least on the coasts anyway. Cause this is America. So why tf would I go to Sabarros, or Panda Express, where they ship the food, pre-made in a bag, and it's run by a white guy with German ancestry 12 generations ago, named Hal, who used to be an accountant? I wouldn't. I want to see dough spinning in the air in my pizza places! I want to see stock photos of Chinese food and a live cat on the counter when I get Chinese!!!!!!!!
