I agree but so many dont have that option. To just up and leave once a year for months to stay alive. They are barely making it in home towns. I know a prayer only goes so far and if I could I would go there to help. being from Oklahoma I see this to often. Right now all I can do is pray for healing and helping. I pray for people being more understanding as well. Times are hard now especially to those on the lower income level. They are suffering the most and for this to happen. Seasons are the seasons but being a human you can change your thought process. They might not be able to move to a area not affect and pay for a hotel while still paying their bill, rent, etc. I prater is all I can give right now because I too am homeless, but once I get back on my feet, like I always do, Ill give back to local shelters and local organizations who helped me. Find grassroots organizations and give back. Not Goodwill, not the Salvation Army find the mom and pop places that help these people in your local community. It benefits those in your community so much more.

@@coasterland325 Thank you. Last year I went through one tornado and two hurricanes, suffered over $10,000 worth of roof damage and miraculously no flooding in my home, water marked showed less than 1/2 inch from coming in the home. It is so important that people don’t get out and drive up and down the roads pushing water into people’s homes during those flooded times but some never take that into consideration causing further damage to people’s property. If it is as bad or worse this year, I will be relocating.
