How does it tell you how long to rest the meat for ?

Why are comments on all your videos about the Sage BBQ & Press Grill turned off?

I bought this and I can not make a simple toast with cheese in it. The cheese or whatever you put into gets perfectly cooked but the bread does not get brown, stays white and soft. I took it back to the seller and we made a test with another device and result was same. We decided to cook the breads first for a few minutes and then taking them out, putting cheese in it and toast it afterwards. I did not try this yet but this is definitely not handy for my wife, she will not spend this effort. This device is not advertised as a toaster and maybe we made a wrong purchasing, another model with less powerful heating elements should be the way to go for a toast.

@@Lysander-Spooner YUP.. it is ... same company makes both ... LOL, brands and marketing BS... reality is in Europe, Sage is Breville, and Breville is Newell. (in 1982, Breville Australia sold its ownership of the brand in Europe, it's now owned by Newell. In Europe and UK, Breville sells its products under the Sage brand name.

Damn, how can people eat a steak like that? Why bother cooking it? Just warm it a bit with a hair dryer.

I eat rare on medium rare, but that stake is a joke no searing just a bit boiled from temperature.

That's why many people get meat poison or worms in their stomach. My meat has to always fully cook in order for me to eat it.

Looks garbage. A £20 George Foreman Grill could have done that steak equally as rubbish.

This is a great looking machine, but wow, it's terrible for cooking steak. 225? Not ever would I cook a steak at that temp. Needs to be double that, at least.

@@hyphentwo Also, Breville UK is not the same as Breville elsewhere. UK Breville gets a pretty bad name, so charging this much for their products with that name on in the UK would sell precisely squat.
