"Vocals are steady" 100% agree. If you guys watch the forte concert.. You'll be amaze by them. specially there's an orchestra. btw i have my screen record(just for me to watch anytime i want) 😅
The best video reaction ever! The entire fam is giving intellectual yet warm heartfelt reaction to this superb world class performance of SB19! Mabuhay to SB19 and Mabuhay to Waleska Herrera YT Channel !!! 👏🏼🥂💕
I think no one noticed it but, from @10:03 Stell prolonged the note followed by a new adlib, a "hoooo" sound in three high notes using falsetto. These lads are always giving us something new every performance, like an AI technology. My Mahalima.
*ooohh i love that this SB19 RV became a family affair. ..when Efra called Pablo 'Pablito' and introduced the members and enumerated their names to his dad, ugh so, so heartwarming. tysm for this RV.*
Part of #SB19's training is musical theatre that is why walking while singing has become effortless for them. Their trainor (Ms. Hong Ganda) is from that background too. 🙂
7:48-9:17 fun fact: Pablo actually did theater performances before even he became an SB19 member (that's why the members said he's the best in acting) but all of them also did theater performances as it is part of their training. edit: can you please react to their ShowBreak episode "Halo-Halo Song" 🥺 I really think that you two will enjoy it since you like listening to raw vocals and you're kinda familiar to a lot of Filipino songs :)) you already saw some clips of it before but I would love to watch your reaction to the whole video 💙
They are the new NCCA (National Commission for Culture and Arts) Music Ambassador. They also raised the Philippine flag once again in this year's MTV EMA. SB19 is indeed a NATIONAL TREASURE of PH 🇵🇭.
The National Commission on Culture & the Arts got SB19 as their ambassador for music :) This was shot inside the National Museum of Natural History - renovated just last year. It's beautiful.
Felip will always be Ken in SB19 because he got his baby chicKens (his stans/fans) in his poultry farms. SB19 are now NCCA's ambassadors Pablo is their main composer (he composes it but with some inputs from his members)
Ken's birthname is Felip Jhon Suson.. his name was supposed to be kenji but because his grandfather wants felip he was named felip.. He's our chiKEN.. HAHA he loves chicken Anyways always love your reactions to our Mahalima.. thank you so much! #SB19
*this performance vid was taken at the National Museum of Natural History and the stunning structure in the BG you're referring to is called the Tree of Life which can be found at the museum's courtyard. thanks for another SB19 RV Wale and Efra.*
I wish you have watched their orchestra concert! Even I was shookt that MANA would spund ao good with orchestra music. All their performance have no backing track. It was surreal.
Thank you so much as always for your helpful feedbacks! Surely, if they stumbled on your videos while watching reaction videos, they'll learn even more and improve further.
Actually felip is originally taken from his grandfathers name felipe 😊 Thank you for always making a great RV for SB19.. They'll be having their 3rd anniversary online concert this coming nov.27&28
Thanks once again for this very informative and appreciative RV 💙 If you want to see them perform live onstage with live band, please please please watch their upcoming concert on Nov 27 & 28. It is a 2-day concert called Our Zone, and it is for the celebration of their 3rd anniversary since debut. Adonis Tabanda is be the musical director of this OZCon as well. It is not pre recorded so it will be really raw and awesome! 🤩
Thank you Wal & Efra esp your Mom and Dad for appreciating SB19.. this grp is slowly getting International recognition Awards and Nominations..they are not just talented but they bring hope and inspire others through their Music..they dream of one day putting Filipino music in the International scene. I hope you guys have seen their Live performance with the Battig Chamber Orchestra a benefit concert for young musicians..Thank u for this reaction 🙏🏻
Correct! I agree with the live production. It would be best for music to sound like they are singing thru a microphone with the beautiful reverb/resonance. AND... this is my most fav performance of Mapa.
I always love your reactions and how you educate us, your viewers 💙. #SB19 is the newest Philippine ambassadors for National Commission of Culture and the Arts
This is the only SB19 song that I know but it's already one of my current favorites. Lost my father last year and everytime it gets to the "papa" part, I always end up bursting into tears. The song is just very heartfelt and it helps that all 5 members can actually sing soulfully.
To comment on what Waleska brought up regarding walking and singing, I guess our tendency to listen to music wherever we go is the one to thank for, as well as our passion/culture for music here. It's a side-thing that we always tend to do along with some other thing -- riding a bus, walking down the street, doing groceries. So you have that, plus add our deep passion for music that we always sing along to what's playing, and there you go -- you have an informal training on how to sing while .
We're so very proud of this group. They prove what they've been started since from scratch now to success. I wonder when will I ever see them perform live🙃
Thank you for appreciating them. You make all A'TIN. National Museum of. Natural History. That's why you can see Agila & Toro. Talking about projection when Efra saw Pablo Haha... Justin is Bunso, youngest or Bujah 🤣. Pero no E like that 👌. Josh is SSOB... KEN is chicKEN aside from Felip 😊. Thank you for declaring them the standard since the first time you saw them.
They performed in the National Museum for Natural History as the music ambassadors for the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. It would surprise you to know that they only got to rehearse the performance on the same day as that museum has been closed foe years because of the pandemic 🥰💙
I rly wish you could have react to the 5-episode of what? the making. It is very informative on how the did the mv and the song. Thank you for reacting to them again!
3:03-5:35 I really love how you express your thoughts into words. yeah definitely, that's why we can't wait to have physical events soon where we could finally watch them live again :(( and SB19 always say that they really miss performing with live audiences coz that's when they feel more eager to perform. p.s. didn't expect that you would react to this video but I was hoping so I very grateful 💙
Thank you for reacting to this and genuinely dissecting their performance. This reaction is now one of my favorites from all your recent reactions. 😍😍😍
i always love your reaction video, you dissect everything, vocals, fashion, vibe and more.makes us understand the complexity and technicality of everything.. Thank you so much .. sending love to your mom as well :).. waiting for mom reveal 😊
Philippine National Museum for Natural History located in Manila, were preserved animals and insects from history are here.. Thnx for your rv and support to SB19
Thank you Waleska ,Efra, and family, I always learned from you guys..and ofcourse our boys SB19, were so full from them, they get amazing everyday and every performance they do..Thank you for the support..
This was at the National Museum of Natural History's Main Gallery. The open lift represents the tree of life reaching to the heavens. The Toros are endemic species related to the water buffalo and can only be found in the island of Mindoro. I totally love this performance! The outfits are to die for! SB19 is ❤️.
Thanks for the reaction. BTW, those aren't bulls but they are called tamaraw or Mindoro dwarf buffalo (Bubalus mindorensis). They are an endemic species in the Philippines and considered extremely vulnerable. It's great that aside from their music, SB19 also helps create awareness through their productions.
I never smiled so much when Wale said they're watching the video with their parents (plus they really liked it). It's really nice to sing along and appreciate this song while your parents are beside you. I'm hoping I can do that with my parents soon. Because of the pandemic, the last time I was able to hug my mom was 2yrs ago... I missed her soooooo much! I love this content!! As always, thank you for appreciating our boys and sharing your great input about the video. Sending love from the other side of the world! Merry Christmas! PS: The venue is our National Museum.
This is the National Museum of Natural History in Philippines ❤️ I've been here before pandemic and the architecture is so gorgeous ❤️ trust SB19 to promote local tourist spots. WORLD DOMINATION 🙏
Pablo’s real name is actually John Paulo Nase. But he often translate his name to Filipino which is Juan Pablo Nase. Hence, Pablo. Meanwhile Ken, got his real name Felip Jhon Suson from his granda Felipe. Thank you for this surprise reaction. I really admire you’re family. This bond you have with each other is inspiring.
Ken's mom wanted to name him Kenji but his grandfather, Felipe, insisted to name him Felip so his nickname became Ken. He grew up not liking his real name and his voice. But look at that! His voice is really his selling point because he is a rare gem. A performer that sound and move like him with that looks whose name is Felip. He compose and produce his own songs, I'd say he already prepared his path in case he goes solo... Can't wait for the next SB19 member who'll release his solo debut. BTW, they will hold a concert again, their Anniversary Concert Our Zone, on Nov. 27th & 28th. That's 3 concerts in a year (I know Forte they were the guest performer but it's still a huge achievement & it's still a concert!)
Thank you for this reaction! I love your reactions, they are always so interesting and informative! Please continue to watch and react to SB19! I'm still waiting for you to react to Stell & Justin from SB19 covering 'Shallow', please I really want to know what you think about that, I promise you will not be disappointed at all! 🙏
